My son completed just 1 month , very bad experience, teachers are not communicating with the kids and parents, not changing the diapers.

This was my daughter's first year and she loved it! She constantly asks when she's going to school!

All 3 of my children have attended Springhill and enjoyed the program. My children have made many friends and so have I with the parents.

I was at Springhill for 4 years with my kids. I absolutely loved it, and so did my kids. They each made a lot of friends and learned to play well with other children. They loved the music, the field trips, and the activities they do in class. If I had another child I would not hesitate to return to springhill.

Great school! Excellent balance of learning and play. Clean environment and approachable staff!

My Son has been attending Springhill since September and he absolutely loves going to school. The science program keeps his curiosity peaked and he has so much fun discovering new things with his friends.

My son just completed a one week summer camp there. Felt not only wasted money but wasted time. Worst thing is my son has been ignored most of the time. Teachers do not talk to him or show him things. We sent him to learn but he didn't learn anything. No one even talked to him or grandma on the last day!!! We understand English might be a barrier but at least show your friendly.Grandma emphasized that she and Yiran didn't receive any communication from the teacher at all for the following days. Even on the day that I was called to pick him up we were about fifteen mins late after the classes start. We entered the room with no one greeting us. All kids wore aprons and did painting. Neither of the teachers came forward to Yiran to talk to him or show us what to do. So I made him sit on a chair with some other kids painting in front of him and let him pain on that. He was not even offered a fresh painting paper!!!!!!!! Your teachers did very poor job paying attentions to Yiran. above is only one example that myself experienced. Grandma has more I don't even want to think about. Because my heart aches and want to cry each Time I think about where the hell I sent my boy to. Why on earth he has to experience this at such a young age!!!!This is not a 2.5 year old should be treated. This hurts his confidence of going to a class.I am wondering do your teachers do this to every kids or just him? If just him why is this? What did this 2.5 year do wrong?!!!!!!!Refusing apology is not the right way of dealing things or fix mistakes. I told you you can keep the rest of the money for the following camps but you have to know that they way my boy was treated was wrong. And you should never treat any other kids like this. Doesnt matter what culture background he or she is from and what language he or she speaks. Two teachers taking care seven kids is not a heavy job all daycare teachers do this. .pay attention to each one even though they might not talk that much THEY STILL HAVE FEELINGS!!!!!

I currently have both of my children enrolled at Springhill and they love it there! It has made a huge difference in their confidence levels and they both get excited about going to class. I would highly recommend this program.
