This is an amendment to my last review.These products are amazing, my apologies to Ashley and Daniel. Apparently my address they had was missing a number.Its unfortunate that I did not receive my last shipment .They both did a follow up and went above and beyond via email.Again, my apologies

I ordered these as a Christmas gift over a month ago. When they still had not arrived, they said it was because of the Canada Post strike causing delays in shipping yet I have received several purchases from other companies through Canada Post that I ordered much more recently and received as expected. When I asked for them to resend my order through a different delivery company, they refused. They would only offer a refund. A refund?!? I want the product I ordered, not a refund. The company is located in the same city as I live. Why not personally deliver it?!?Terrible customer service. If problems arise, do not expect them to fix it. Order at own risk.

I have been looking for an eco friendly alternative for my kitchen. I was happy to see that there was a local company with a beautiful product. I ordered 2 kitchen essential sets (one for me and one as a gift) which were on sale ($2 off) and I also was able to use a 15% discount code. What a steal! I wanted to save on shipping and emailed the company directly and arranged to pick up as they are very close to our residence. They were very prompt with returning my email and were happy to arrange a pick up time! Overall, I am happy with the friendly customer service and value of goods I received. Lastly, the product, as beautiful as advertised! Easy to use and the kitchen essentials kit is the perfect fit for our needs! I will be gifting the 2nd set to my mother. Thank you mind your bees! You have gained a loyal customer.

Met Daniel at the Peach Festival, he was hilarious and kind and knowledgeable of the products!

I wanted to provide a different sort of review because the owner of this business was so incredible I think people would want to know who you're dealing with when you shop here.We ran into Daniel as we were getting our wedding photos taken at the Cotton Factory. He was coming into his shop (and our shot) and posed like a champ, making a nice impromptu moment. Few words back and forth and we parted ways to go have our wedding reception.2am comes along, time to leave. We're dealing with the last of the stuff that needs stashing or hauling and we run into Daniel again. We're in a bit of a tight spot and he offers to store some decorations in his studio, saying we can meet up this week to pick them up. We agreed, wanting to get out of there.The next day it turns out those weren't just decorations, we had some gifts and my wife's phone in one of the bags. We call Daniel looking to arrange a time to meet up when he's in the shop next, and he offers to come over right away to let us in to see if the phone is there.Long story short it was. He didn't need to do this at all. He also didn't need to show us around his shop, or slip a few free beeswax wraps into our stuff to take home.Daniel's a stand out, top notch human. It's rare to meet someone so giving, honest and caring and I don't think there's a better person we could've met 2am drunk on the night of our wedding. I have no doubt this extends to what he makes as well. I hope you consider this when looking for beeswax wraps.

This product is amazing, and doesn't stop at keeping food fresh. These wraps work as an excellent gripper for tough to open jars too. Honestly my most used kitchen accessory!!!!
