I was in the store on this last Saturday and I was SO Impressed with all the staff and especially the manager. He had a great engaging sense of humour from the moment we walked in the store. When I went to try something on I heard him in the change room helping a man who clearly didn’t know how to Jean shop ( sorry but it’s true). He was so patient and kind and full of advice. Being in customer service myself I am very aware of the rareness of service like this and will definitely by shopping there again every chance I get. You probably made that guys day when he got complemented on his great fitting jeans!

This woman named sarmi was so rude to me and had an attitude. I asked her for a size and she said that was too big and i needed to lose weight. Told her I would not be shopping here and she said “Good we don’t need fatties like you shopping here .”

I received excellent customer service from all four employees with whom I interacted today. The primary one who impressed me was Tara. She was warm, friendly, and offered attentive service on the floor and in the fitting room. Anytime I wanted her input, she was there. When I asked for an honest opinion, she gave it.I bought many things today and they have ensured that I want to return. I bought several pairs of jeans, as I was so thrilled they had attractive, comfortable jeans for tall women. The Black Friday pricing was a part of the lure, too, honestly.I also bought something for my daughter, so not only did their sizing options please me, so did the variety of casual and more dressy clothing for different adults. They didn't have in-store pants for tall men (my son wears a 34 leg) but an employee on the men's side said they had them on-line.The fitting room was clean and well-it. It had a full mirror

Expensive jeans, sometimes reasonably priced shirts if on sale. Personally I find the jeans to usually all be of the same type pretty much. I keep trying, because its in the mall close to me, but I never find anything I like. But I also recognize that not all stores are for everyone. Store is always well organized and clean.
