I received excellent service along with helpful advice and great decorating ideas with my recent purchase of the Windward & Ellery Duvet sets at the Langley store! Many thanks to the two ladies who helped me. They kindly brought out everything I requested so that I could see how it would look when I put it all together at home. The duvets are long enough on the sides to fully cover the mattress, plus the material is of good quality. I’m very happy with all of my purchases.

I needed some flannel sheets for my king size bed that I could not find anywhere else with deep pocket bottom sheets. They had it and were helpful in finding what I needed.

Over priced, can not believe staff re products. Was told pillowcases I wanted would not need ironing. Ya right, when I contacted them regarding this to see if I could get a refund they said no.

Very helpful!! Offered to lay a duvet cover on a bed so I could see how it would look. All staff were a pleasure and made my decisions easier to make.

Sales staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the Tencel sheets, I won't even buy cotton anymore! You can get some really good deals if you wait for things to go on sale as well.

The customer service I received in this store was top notch. I've only been in twice but each time the staff member went above and beyond. First time the lovely sales associate was knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed. I had mentioned that I would bring the Mister back the next day and she actually set aside an item for me without me even asking! Talk about customer service cuz it was the last one!! The second time was the next day and the sales associate contacted multiple stores to find the duvet we wanted.Thanks ladies :)
