I can’t say enough good about them. I called about a widow and patio door and an appointment was set up. They came out measured and within a day or so I got my estimate and we went from there . They came back and measured again and put in my order. When my window and patio door came in they called and we set up installation time. Well I can’t express how pleased I am ! Their installation guys are beyond professional ! They were so pleasant and when they left my home was cleaner than when they arrived. Not a spec of dirt or debris was left behind. I Highly recommend them! I will use them again if I’m in need of any of their services offered!!

Was looking to get doors for my house the sales man just hasn't gotten back to me two times now he said he would get back to me before the end of the day with a price for a door so a pretty simple request and it's now been two weeks since I have talked to him then a while my parents neighbour had a fire at their house I was at my parents just yesterday and was looking at the progress they had forgot to put a piece of siding on which is leaving it open for the weather to get in so being a carpenter years ago I decided to take a closer look and seems like they are trying to cut corners they left spaces by a few windows you can see the tyvek between the window and where the siding starts completely unacceptable job if you want your house to rot away that's a good way to do it however if you want your house to be done correctly this would be the last folks I would call as they first don't reply to their customers which I can't understand how a salesman can make a living when he doesn't care at all about his sales and the construction guys either don't know what their doing and have no qualified supervision or they are just trying to cut corners and hope nobody will notice

Left me with a Hugh mess after replacing my basement door, including ripping a bunch of paint off my wall. The door still doesn't close properly and Mark told me last year that I needed a new door knob, which should have been included with the new door. He said his crew could replace it and he never got back to me.

What a fabulous experience!! From the very first quote to the final install, pure professionalism. Communication is key and they have that in spades! Very clear, and prompt. Reasonably priced as well.

Waited weeks just to get a quote, only for them to tell me they were too busy to do the work. I had informed them that I was fine with waiting. Had to follow up several times just to even hear back.

I called Bill's Siding to see if they could repair and replace missing siding on the facility. The wind storm in February had taking a goodly chunk of siding off the building. Mark came out to my location and prepared a quote. After getting approval from head office I called Mark back and gave him the go ahead. He told me what day the installers would be there (and they were) and about how long it would take (and it did). The results speak for themselves and the price was exactly the original quote. Fantastic! Nice job fellows.

Nice guys, TERRIBLE communication and responsiveness. After doing some window and siding work for me in early spring that took almost a year to finally schedule (workmanship was great and installers were super guys), I've asked several times for another quote on additional siding and window work and received promises of call backs that have never materialized.

We just had 10 Window's replaced by Bill's Siding & Windows, your men where very professional and did Excellent work! Bravo to your team Great Work! Thank you.

I've had to follow up 3 or 4 times since January or February to primarily get a large door fixed or replaced so that it doesn't leak in storms. By springtime, I had to get in touch again because I never received a quote and wanted the door to be fixed as soon as they were able to. By this point, I had another door for them to replace weatherstripping on and seal the window on as well. Eventually when it was convenient in their schedule they came by and replaced the weatherstripping and said they would have to come back out and give me a quote on the other jobs I needed done (window and siding). Shortly after, I found out the door still leaks and I called them back to try and set up a time for them to come back and do the re-work on the door and also take a closer look at the window and siding to get a quote so they can do the work. I have called back to get an update and remind them I still need them to come back a couple times since April and nobody shows up or calls me back. If I ask why they haven't booked it into the schedule and given a day to come out, the response is usually that it wasn't worth their time to come out to Grand Bay unless they have other big jobs in the area
