H&R Block

Definitely one of the better professional experiences I have had in terms of processing taxes in Canada. Md Murtada answered all my questions promptly and continuously followed up with me regarding pending documents. You know you are in good hands when someone follows up with you like that, as if it was his own file! Md made sure I understood the process in every step, and reviewed the submitted documents in great detail. He made sure to get supporting documents as and when applicable to ensure that the process is completed accurately. I am not having my taxes processed by anyone else as long as Md is around!

My family and I have been doing our taxes with MD for years. He offers the BEST service for my entire family! He is always so efficient and makes tax time stress free! Thank you MD for your wonderful customer service and expertise!!

Asking for an arm and a leg for 2 simple tax returns (over $1200 all together), at the end both me and hubby owed a grand and 1500. No way! We took our documents away from H&R, found an accountant who did the whole thing in a day for $200 for both of us together and we got money BACK! Never going to H&R again!

Tax season is usually a stressful time for me but Md not only had patience and meticulously explained all my options but went out of his way to provide exceptional additional support whenever ever I needed it. If anyone is looking for an efficient, customer orientated and highly knowledgeable accountant I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MD Murtada.

This is probably the worst H&R block I've ever been to. The staff was very unprofessional and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. A tax consultant named Sandu might be the worst one there. She has no idea how to do taxes. She also harrased my girlfriend when she went to do her business taxes. Forced her to pay without really doing anything and told her she couldn't leave until she paid. She was rude, abrasive and just unaware of how to do her job or behave appropriately in a professional manner. Had to go to another H&R block to finish my and my girlfriend's taxes. Will never go back to this one
