I just called the office, I was given a medical advice! Well, if somebody does qive the medical advice, it should be within their scope of practice and a health history also should also be collected. I do not think , the person I spoke to was qualified to do that job.

Initially attempted to help with my problem. Then stopped returning calls and emails. No explanation. This happened in February 2022. GHOSTED ME.Completely disgusted with behaviour shown to me.

My mother had issues with her health card. She lost her birth certificate and doesn’t have a drivers license which made replacing her old red and white health care a nightmare.Thankfully, Mrs. Shaw’s office was very helpful and helped her navigate the issue to get her new card. Extra points for the one staff member, I forget her name, for ensuring her privacy when I, as her family member, called the office on the status of the issue, but they could not disclose information on the issue without getting the consent of my mother.I’m very appreciative of her office’s assistance for my mother.

Sandy and her staff have helped me with 2 serious issues I was having. They were instrumental in resolving my problems by getting other officials involved. Their hardwork, professionalism and dedication went far beyond my expectations. I will help campaign for this woman come election time!

Sandy has been very helpful to me in the past and recently, she responded quickly to an environmental issue concerning toxins that occurred in our neighbourhood. Her response was timely and her office extended their support to neighbours who really had no idea of what their best course of action would be. He staffers work very hard and care deeply about the community, even attending hearings as a show of support. I deeply appreciate the efforts of Sandy and her staffers to this community and am a proud NDP member. Thanks Sandy and team!

As the owner of a local business I feel it's important to be able to contact your provincial representative. I sent a business related email over 2 months ago and did not even recieve a response. Now, i can't even get through by phone. how effective can a representative be when they won't even communicate with their constituents?
