I visited Regal nails today and had a very stressful service. The technician did not make me feel relaxed. Ive been getting my nails done for years but not here. I had to explain over and over it was just a clear fill. Her technique and her lack of understanding was really bad. She had a very odd way of doing my nails and I tried to explain that, but she just kept saying later, later. It was not relaxed or enjoyable plus the no English card was continually played. It’s not that you don’t speak English, it’s that you can’t communicate soI can understand you. Won’t be returning.

I love my new set of nails. Plus, the Vietnamese ladies are very nice.

i got acrylic nails, i love the color, and it was about $55. my nails aren't the same length. and one of the ladies didn't shape it properly. i told her i wanted it to be square, she did that, but then she rounded them. if i can't find any more cheaper nail salons, then they would have to do.

Yesterday I paid 117 dollars for the hands and feet and today my nails look like this... I didn't like your painting technique and it was too expensive and a very bad job. I will never go back.

OMG the middle age lady seemed to take control when I arrived even though she was attending to someone getting a pedicure, unfortunately I didn’t say anything, but from the start I didn’t like her, the younger girls were just sitting around… I really wish I had one Oct he , y daughter and I are going for a pedicure soon, but if she comes near me, god help her, my gel nails are not acceptable so I don’t even want t to see her. I couldn’t address this at the time because of a flurry of stuff that was going on, I hope our Mother’s Day pedies go ok,

The worst service ever I ​had. The technician was so rude and impolite and can't even communicate in English. I called them twice before I visit to get Halloween theme nail as they advertised on Google and they said they do, so I visited but once I get there, they said they can't do it and they don't even know who post that. The technician already touched up my nail and asked me $10 since she already remove my previous gel nail. But my nail was so messy anyway and I asked regular gel nail but it is so bumpy texture and there's already a crack after one day! If you don't waste your money and time, just don't visit this place.

I have never been treated with such utter disrespect as a customer before. One of your staff members approached me and forced me to wear a mask. Excuse me, but hasn't the province already dropped the mask mandates since March 11th? At this point I have a CHOICE not to wear a mask. It is a PERSONAL CHOICE as of right now. What makes you think you are so smart for violating my right to what I want to do with my body? It's my body, therefore it is my choice. Meanwhile, a white lady was just sitting 2 seats away from me and she was MASKLESS the whole time. Why didn't you ask her to put on a mask then? Why me? Because I'm Asian? If it ain't double standards and racism, then I don't know what the hell it is. I respect your choice to wear a mask, but you should also respect my choice not to wear one. It's not that difficult to understand. There's no reason for me to continue spending money at your crooked establishment. Shame on you.

I spent $30 on a white shellac. They first did a horrible job because I was able to see my nail past the white polish after two coats. I went back and they knew they screwed up yet they were going to charge me another $30 since they wanted to redo the whole thing. I asked to add in another coat and they ended up charging me another 10. Ended up taking it off because after a day, it looked horrible.

Not at all satisfied with the service. I went for a mani pedi combo. They said they did the callous removal but I did not even feel a thing in my legs. Manicure was a joke. I asked for matte nail polish with gel tips. The finishing of the polish was very poor. I pad $78.75 for the visit but it was not even worth $50. Will never visit regal nails again or even recommend it to anyone. Very unsatisfactory experience. So much money for nothing. Also they barely understand English. It is so hard to understand them as they cannot speak in English properly. All the while they were chatting in Vietnamese. Had hard time even explaining them what I want to do.

Had a very interesting and unsettling experience, asked for a nice royal blue sparkle stiletto pointed nails, as a fill.Sparkles did not appear as well as I thought. I told her I was not happy she offered to apply the royal blue polish on top instead, 3rd time today I went back and I decided to just do a color change, it was a long process of getting the nails correct not only did she tell me don’t change your mind multiple times which was not the issue.I felt very uncomfortable she was not very helpful and rude towards me, as she could have been more consistent and put a solid color under the sparkle she seamed like she didn’t want to make her customer happy considering her negative energy or mood.She also tried to charge me extra 20$ for her lack of effort in customer service. I still feel like my nails went thru a tuff time and wish I could just take my 55$ back….
