The doctor is extremely friendly, and the experience was pain free. The receptionist, I think Maroush is her name, is also extremely friendly. She even gave me a goodie bag when I finished my appointment. Amazing dental experience!

CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR INSURANCE AFTER U VISIT THIS PLACE! THEY MIGHT SCAM UR MONEY!(proof provided below)I added photos of the invoice and my insurance screenshot but Google won’t let it show. But the story is as follows,Part 1:I visited this place yesterday and did a simple checkup. But they did all sort of fancy things like X ray, cleaning, scaling and polishing. After my visit, I asked front desk for an invoice. They refused to provide it, their reason is that they charge the insurance directly so they can’t provide an invoice for me. After some disagreements and me insisting for an invoice, they finally gave me an invoice of 349.30 dollars for my checkup. See below photo 1.Part 2:Today, I got email from my SunLife insurance and there are 2 claims (see below photo 2)!One claim worth of 175 dollars and the other one worth of 349.30 dollars. I called this dental office and front desk told me he forgot to give the other part of the invoice to me. He is referring to the 175 dollar invoice. And he said he can give it to me now.I REFUSED! First of all, the invoice I got already included all the service I had. When you go to a restaurant and order 4 dishes, the restaurant tells you they only give you invoice for 2 dishes? How is that possible? The invoice should contain all the service I did at that day. Then what if tomorrow you call me and say you forgot another invoice, should I pay again?!! That’s not a valid explanation to me. What if I didn’t insist for an invoice yesterday? I wouldn’t even have proof for what service I had and how they charged me.Part 3:After around 6 to 7 phone calls with the front desk, the owner finally called me. He offered to retract the 175 dollar bill from the insurance. And told me that it could take a very very long time. The owner took my email this afternoon and said he will email me the proof of retract once it’s done. I will wait and see how that goes.Conclusion:I’m not saying this is a scam for sure. This judgement should be left to you, the person who’s reading this. But personally I can’t accept the explanation they gave me. I will keep updating this comment if anything happens. Hopefully this issue can be resolved well!Update on June 12, 2023The owner finally offered to retract my expense and return the credit back to my dental insurance account. I just called the insurance company today and confirmed that the money has been retracted. I will update the review from one star to three stars, thanks the owner’s initiative to retract the money.Update on June 13, 2023I was not planning to do this update. But the owner’s attitude was beyond RUDE. After my last update above, a few hours later yesterday, the owner messaged me again and said my review is still here. He accused me of not keeping my promise of deleting this review, while I have never made this promise. When he first offered to retract the money, I said I will UPDATE the review ACCORDINGLY. I said those exact words over the phone. I only update review based on facts. The fact is that he offered to retract the money, so I updated here that he offered to retract. I also increased the rating from one star to three stars because of his good attitude.Now, I will change it back to one star. I quote what he messaged me yesterday: ”I wish you told me that before. I would not have helped you.”. Resolving wrong payment is the owner’s responsibility! And I told you before I will update the review accordingly. There is a difference between update and delete.I can’t post the screenshot of our chat here because Google won’t let it show. But I will keep this record and remind me of how terrible a business can be!

Great experience. The staff was very kind and explained everything they were going to do before they did it, which helps a lot if you get nervous at the dentist. Plus I was in and out in great time with no waiting.

Overall amazing experience attending this clinic. The staff were very kind and patient, and they explained everything before doing it. They always ensured to ask if I was ok, and my teeth have never felt better after the service. I highly recommend uni students come here for their dental care.

Best experience i have even had. The team is super friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The Dr is very professional and my check-up and cleaning were covered by my insurance so i did not have to pay for anything. I would definetly recommend everyone paying for school insurance to come get their teeth checked. I had to pay for that when i visited other clinics.

Best dental clinic in the area. I went twice and I'm highly satisfied with the service they provide. There are two welcoming receptionists that are all time at your service to help you schedule and coordinate your appointments. The clinic is comfortable and hygienic and is large in capacity to welcome a large number of patients.I highly recommend choosing their clinic for any dental issue.
