Burgers n' Fries Forever
The only reason we are giving them 3* mainly is because food handlers were not wearing any aprons, gloves or hair nets. The work attire a food handler wears on the job could infect food with biological or physical contaminants if no food safety measures are implemented.The burgers were good, chicken was a little overdone but the fact that they were so saucy made them taste good.

DON'T RECOMMEND. I went here this evening for takeout, I got the Kpop burger and Cajun cheese fries. It was SO mediocre and not worth my 24$ at all, I've had better A&W burgers. The burger was dripping with sauce making part of the bun mushy, there was barely any topings. The fries were ok but I disliked the cheese sauce. Also they were kinda slow, I waited about 10 mins. Customer service was ok, buy I stood a few minutes before someone took my order.

Burgers n' Fries Forever
I love BFF for their unique and creative Duos that they put out every other month! I’m always excited to see what they will invent next. Their regular menu burgers and fries are tasty, too, though! I can tell that only high quality ingredients are used when making their food. It’s also nice that this place isinclusive by being halal friendly. If you’re in search of a yummy burger place with reasonable prices and all fresh ingredients, this is your place!

It is not as good as it used to be in the past (2-3 years ago). You can substitute any burger for a beyond meat patty which is convenient for me but the extra 3$ doesn’t make it super affordable. For an extra 3 or 4$, a non-vegetarian eater could’ve gotten a full side upgrade with fries, sauce and a pop. That’s a full meal. I had the picante burger which had some nice sauce and taste. Location is still very open, not crowded, has a few seats and is overall clean and simple.

I’ve heard a lot about this place over the past couple years and I was expecting different. I wanted to give this place a chance, away from the normal places we normally visit, but don’t think we will be going back. The burgers were tasty (not overcooked!) but were soooo overpriced given the quality. I was hungry after the burger and one burger would normally fill me. The bun was so mushed down and the patty was so thin. It was tasty but not worth the price. Unfortunately, won’t be coming back given the high cost of the burger.

I tried Nashville Hot chicken burger, melt, original, and shroom.The original was fine but nothing special. It was just a normal burger but with a bit dried patty.Nashville hot chicken was great. It was soft but crispy enough and hot level was awesome. Mix of sweet and hot was well balanced.Melt was nothing special to say. Last but not least, Shroom was really awesome.I imagined the taste of it when I saw the menu and it was matched exactly what I imagined. It tastes like creamy funghi pasta, and it go along with the bun and patty very well.I may not miss others but I will definitely miss the shroom and Nashville chicken burger when I leave Ottawa.

It's simply terrible. We used to be loyal customers for a couple of years, but the quality and presentation have dropped recently, which makes McDonald burgers more appealing. We wanted to give it another go, but omg. I've never seen such an appealing Burger. There was more mustard and ketchup on this burger than the burger itself. The fries seems like they were a week old and the order was wrong, and missing ingridents. We throw the burger away. Never again...

Tried the new Red Light Green Light Duo which was a fun concept given the viral popularity of the Squid Game show. We don't usually go for extravagant burgers and poutines like this because they're so heavy but it was a nice treat.The smash burger patty really came through and the kimchi ketchup was a nice touch. The dalgona beef bacon was chewy, crispy, and smoky but we didn't get much sweetness at all. The panko crusted hotdogs were freshly fried which made an interesting but salty addition. We would prefer some more green light elements like the scallions or other freshness to cut through the salt. I wouldn't go for this Duo again but perhaps for a classic burger/poutine since those standard elements were good.Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They're masked up but we dined in but nobody checked our vaccine record.

The price of combo was $25 (includes 10% tip) the server didn’t offer combo meal as combo price and charged me each price. The nashiville hot chicken was brunt and dry. Worst customer service ever! I won’t visit this place again ever!!(Plus, i didn’t know there was a combo menu and the server just gave me one option! Is it right not let me know there is exsiting combo menu first? Why the server just show me elegant fri menu? It’s not reasonable.)
