Charbel helped my husband and I purchase our Subaru Forester and I cannot say enough about how easy the process was and how much we enjoyed working with him. Bought a 2012 A4 wagon and it’s been problem after problem. Tire flat. Ball bearing. Lug nuts. Passenger mirror. Oh and we’ve had the car about 2 months now. Can’t wait to see how much the “take this anywhere and use it no questions asked” warranty covers. Oh the reverse tail light blew also and the engine is running very loudly. :)When I took the car off the lot it was “in excellent condition” so I guess in less than 2 months the passenger mirror grew in size and doesn’t fit the casing. I also guess I damaged the bearings and the lug nuts. I also guess that a blown tail light is what Sagh considers “normal wear and tear” with 2 months of driving.

This review is long overdue. But in life, you HAVE to give respect to those who build their character around integrity.I recently purchased a BMW from this dealership. However, the car gave a series of issues that made me quite unsatisfied with my purchase. To make a long story short, Sagh and Bachir got a hold of my issue and treated me like family. I have never seen a dealership go through as much trouble as Sagh and Bachir did for me even after all the paperworks had been signed.Although most people would write a bad review after going what I went through with that BMW, it’s also good to take a different perspective at times. That being said, I’m not writing this review to dignify my bad moments after purchasing the car but rather to glorify the beautiful experience and solutions that they provided me during those bad moments. But after all was said and done, i decided to return the car and they gave me back my money. I remember watching my beloved Bimmer get unhooked from a tow truck, and right at that moment I was reminded by the son of a wise man that, “It’s not the experience you give before you put pen to paper that matters , but it’s the one you give after.” You were right Bachir and that’s why you’ve earned this 5-Star.Thank you for everything and I wish you boys even more success than you currently have!

I am quite surprised with the great service in this place, they gave me the best financial solution to buy my car. They also gave me a warranty and the license plate of the car. Quite recommended

First car in Canada, a beautiful Toyota Highlander. The car was solid. Mark a very casual and funny gentleman showed me the car. No pressure all at my leisure. The service was excellent and advised me on the warranty options. A family run business and leaves you feeling that you're part of their family!

Super excited about my new purchase of a 2012 BMW X1! I would strongly suggest CanadaSagh Auto Sales for those looking for used cars in Ottawa. Extremely nice guys who were super accommodating and had a great selection for my first car!

I just picked up my BMW X3 from them. As far as used car dealers go they are top notch.I had to edit this review, as an update was required.The original BMW X3 purchased had a major engine malfunction 10 days after pick up. I was on the phone with Mark the same day. Within 24 hours, the vehicle was towed into their BMW tech next door for review.Mark offered me two options. Either I could wait a few weeks for a new engine to be installed, or he could cancel the deal and refund my money. I presented them with a third. As they were being very fair, I elected to purchase another X3 they had on the lot.They were helpful, and more than fair. A rare thing with used car dealers these days.I can recommend Canada Sagh without hesitation as a used vehicle dealer of choice.

Regarding my interaction with this company, I only have positive things to say! I was overwhelmed by the professionalism and courtesy I experienced from these excellent guys. With no prior knowledge, I bought my first car from them, and they guided me through the entire process. All I had to do was express my desire for the car, and the rest was handled for me.
