Costco Tire Center

Both ladies working there were extremely rude, and heaven forbid if you don't pre-order your own tires online. Last week the lady gave me a hard time for not ordering my own tires, even though they had them in stock. She said they won't hold them and if they are no longer in stock for my appointment then I would have to order them and wait an additional 2 weeks. She said she wouldn't order them for me because they have them in stock....This week I went in to ask a question and was greeted by a very grumpy looking lady who only just looked at me and said 'do you have an appointment'. Didn't realize I needed an appointment to ask a question, but I'm fine, thanks for asking. Needless to say, I'm getting my tires done elsewhere from now on. Worst tire place in the Calgary area.

Great service. Price was the best around and ongoing maintenance is excellent.

Very bad service. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR. This is the second time in a row I noticed damage to my car. This time they made SCRATCHES and the way they put the tires back in the trunk and back seat need additional detailing to use the car.If you get a good deal for the brand new tires, just buy and change it somewhere if you care your car.

Horrid customer service. Very bad experience and waste of time. Definitely not going back.

Reception and mechanical staff were extremely rude. Just put on winter tires and while the service was extremely fast the customer service was pretty rude. Was standing in line for 10 minutes and then some other people just walk up to the cash and get service. Complained to the employee for doing this and she didn’t really care. Then the mechanic was basically just asking me to give him my keys and get lost. When I came back I told the manager about the poor customer service and it was like pulling teeth to get an apology.

Just went in to get my tires fixed because the ones they put on started going flat quickly right away. They said it's because of the sensors which I opted to buy when I first bought the tires, but they said those aren't under warranty, so made me pay for new ones again. Not a big deal, 16$ for four tires. More the problem is that I was given an estimate for 1hr appointment, and I'm still waiting here after 1.5 hrs, and they said still another 1/2hr to go. My van is the only vehicle in the shop, no idea why things are taking so long. All they can say is sorry it's taking so long""

Guy at the desk was fast and efficient. Helpful and knowledgeable. My wife got her tires there about a year ago and same person helped her. Because of her word of mouth and satisfaction with getting her tires put on there I went to get mine there. I will update this post after my new tires get put on (as they needed to be ordered in)

Getting appointments online in a seriously impossible. I stated looking for appointments for April in early March and there wasn't any slot available across multiple locations in Calgary

Amazing customer service at this Cross Iron Location!! The front desk admin helped us so much when we got our tires ordered.Shoutout to everyone who works there. I appreciate everyone and all their hard work!Today I got my vehicle serviced at this location and they did my tires perfectly. Very happy with the people working there and the results of my new tires.

After I got my tires changed, I saw an alert on my dashboard. So I went back to the tire center right after I got my car. The staff told me to bring my car in front of the tire center and his voice was like dealing with me such a hassle.When I brought my car to the center, the staff waved his hand and disappeared into the center. His equivocal wave looked like let me come into the center though, I was not so sure if I could come into there. But he seemed already felt tired with me, I moved my car very slowly into the center without double check. (For double check, I had to park my car, go into the center and find him)However, once little bit of my car head entered into the center, big alarm rang. All employees-whose hands were grab their equipments-stopped working and started staring at me. Wow.. I felt like an alien invades the earth and their angry faces expressed that they were ready to fight.I know everyone didn’t know the situation and they might think one uneducated women brought her car into there.Then the staff who waved his hand told me “get out” with his upset face. I was so embarrassed and I will never realize why they deal with customers like that. I don’t understand what made them that kind of rude. I hope not to happen that again. Never ever to any customers. Even though I am not going to there never again.
