We love this storage facility! The containers keep our things dry and the parking spaces at the back for the larger RV's allow you room to back your rig into your spot. Its right off Highway 18 so its convenient for when your off on an adventure to get back onto the highway. The site manager is Franz and he is so helpful and quick to respond. Thank you Storage HQ!

Perfect storage unit with easy access. Nice units and easy to get in touch with the team there. They answered the phone right away all 5 or 6 times I called over the year that I used there services. Would recommend.

A YEAR AGOCalled a few different places and settled on Storage HQ in Duncan.i chatted with JOSH and booked my 7.5 x 9 unit.Easy procedure very straight forward with Map, Gate code and locker information. Worked perfect when i went up to put in my things to the unit.Once small hiccup was fixed in 5 minutes with a phone call to Josh.Well organized lot with 24hr access.TODAY JULY 13/2022Franz and Josh were very good answering any issues that came up. They have a clean, secure and well run facility at their Duncan Storage lotI would recommend them and use them again.Cheers KenChemanius BC

The cans are sitting out in the sun and get super hot inside so wouldn't put anything that can be damaged by extreme temperatures. They also charged me a full months rent after giving 10 days notice and cleaning out the space. I definitely would NOT recommend them. they said it was their policy but I've had other storage places that actually just pro-rate and give you a refund. It's just a strong arm clause tax and completely not a customer friendly business or policies.

We used Storage HQ to house our belongings during a recent move. It was the most seamless and easy experience, we easily made arrangements for the unit online, moved in at our convenience and moved out at the end of our rental term. I had multiple communications with Franz who always friendly and informative. It was a great experience, I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Storage HQ was a breath of fresh air.In a time of uncertainty, me and my family were going to just get rid of most our stuff.The other facilities were unaffordable, we had a tight timeline, and nowhere to live. But HQ had a great deal, and Franz was so helpful and accomodating.We had a really hard time moving and finding somewhere to stay, or even put our stuff. Storage HQ felt like the only business we dealt with that had great customer service and really cared.Thank you!

My husband and I have stored things for over 2 years at Storage HQThe property is well taken care of. Josh and Frank were always very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them!
