It's a Starbucks. Coffee at a stupid ridiculous price but so good that we all give it (that) reason to be that sold at that price.

very bad service behind the wheel, wait 20min for my drink! Hire more staff please! and when it is delivered they give me the opposite of what I asked for! Is it so difficult to read what the client asks for? I asked for a frapuccino without coffee with chocolate chips and they gave it to me with caramel and a cookie !!!!

Starbucks has wonderful customer service no matter where you are. But our quick visit at this location was simply perfect. Customer service was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They recommended some good options to my friend that doesn't really drink coffee. For me, they made my drink perfect! We will return on our next visit to Sherbrooke!

I don't know if it's like this everywhere but Starbucks in sherbrooke is known for it's amazing customer service! I got coffee at 6am today and you could tell, despite being tired, the barista was in a great mood! :)

Shocked to find out that my latte came the worlds most expensive fully priced possible here in this town with all the add-ons. Starbucks should have continuity in its pricing worldwide.Big fan of Starbucks but I could be sitting in a beautiful café enjoying my latte for $9Anything is someone remind me on this post if it’s true that you can get a free cup of whip cream for your dog but yet they’ll charge you $.80 to top off extra whip cream on your latte?!

Bad service... you have the time to go to another Starbucks and get served before getting anything here
