Absolutely horrible service! If you want to be humiliated and yelled at for a mediocre shoe repair than this is your place, otherwise I suggest you go elsewhere.

Express Shoe Repair & Alterations
I was in the area and stumbled into this store today. I was inquiring about alterations to a book bag. The lady that came out was very grumpy and was not pleasant to work with. She basically said she didn’t have time for my questions and walked out on me before I could finish talking. I Was pleasant but felt like she didn’t want my business. I won’t be coming back and I won’t be referring anyone here either. Stay clear of this place.

The gentleman who was also the owner and operator was very friendly yet professional. His products were excellent that I bought there, and still last to this day. He was friendly, and gave very good service for a very reasonable price. I believe they are now out of business unfortunately. I did business there for over 30 years and didn't ever have a bad experience. I would recommend them to my friends in a heart beat.

The lady working here is extreemly rude and ubprofessional. I normally dont leave negative reviews but her attitude was terrible. Go elsewhere if you want a good experience
