This review is not just from one visit but multiple over the few months ive visited this specific tim hortons in total id say i ordered maybe 8 time and my order was wrong 50% of the time. The main problem i see them having is not listening to your full order when taking it. My orders were always the same with minor differences. It was 2 farmers breakfast sandwiches. And all of the wrong orders were made into the farmers breakfast wraps. The first and second times it happened it felt like a genuine mistake but this happened so often i feel the team is not properly trained and this situation i feel is a constant problem with making orders wrong. asking other customers if this happened brought to light people feel they have a 50/50 shot of actually getting the right order. This store needs new management because this is an ongoing problem and since its persisted i can only conclude the constant factor in this equation is the management. Do not buy here

Slowest place to go in the morning anytime for that matter very disorganized for the price of a coffee you should get what you order, usually have to add my own sugar for some reason

Was not very impressed with this location. All tables were dirty and no one cleaned the tables the whole time we were there. Had to clean our own table. The hand dryer in bathroom not working. When we asked to scan our card for points we were told we should have asked before ordering. They did not ask if we had a card. I will not go back to this site for sure.

This place deserves a visit from public health. Filthy floors everything from receipts, food waste and even discarded mask. Behind the counter filthy, food on floors old packets, and dirty grills. Food repeatedly prepared on same surfaces with no clean up. Assistant choosing timbits placed open bag on floor while placing them in a bag. Slowest service ever experienced in a Tim's.

Extremely unorganized i was give my food without an bag after placing a take out order and got home to find out they didn’t even cut my bagel,Not sure what’s so difficult about working fast food but these guys find a way to screw it up consistently.

Out of all the tims in Sackville this one on Damascus Rd is my fav. It reminds me of how Tim's used to be. Good friendly staff and can take polite criticism, not that over ever really had to give it cause they all seem pretty well trained especially the guys that work there. Just very friendly.Side note don't bother asking for a actual cookie during smile cookie season apparently they pre make cookies the day before they cant sell. Makes no sense that not sell something to a customer because it's a day before and you have bo cookies out on your shelf. Oh and the attitude I got for asking from r it and then asking why I couldn't purchase it. Not happy just over the attitude and rolled eyes/ hesitation ridiculous sick of Gen Z and 2023 service and my tips will be no longer and I know they know I'm a good tipper and I'm there everyday of the week

I have had a great experience visiting this branch of Tims. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided me a fast and great service. The bagels were fresh and crispy. Will visit them again when I am here next time.
