The offer they made was a good deal. me and my wife found our representative Leah-Anne to be both professional and relatable. Would definitely recommend her to others.

Candace is our agent for so long, she help us if theres any problem or any questions we need some answer & sometimes she comes in our house, to be sure that she's looking after us, there is no insurance agent did this to us, she's the only one person from AIL .. I'm hoping that she will stay longer at AIL because she's an asset to the company. We can call or text her anytime, we know that she's very busy person at all times but still she will do her best to call us back. More power Candace wishing u all d best!!!

Candace Dillon is our agent and she is super friendly, and takes the time to explain what the policies mean, and how they work when she comes by. Our previous agent was all about selling us policies that we didn’t need, and she helped us to keep the ones we needed, and get rid of the ones that already were covered. Honestly, Candace is the only reason we haven’t parted ways with the company!

Our agent is a wonderful young lady who really wanted to help me and my family. She is down to earth, real, and personable. We are happy that our agent is considering the needs of our children above all else.Of course, I know what we're covered for. I believe that, should we need it, we will be receive our coverage... But I won't know for sure until it actually happens. Hopefully we won't need it, but if we do I will be sure to leave a review.

Brandon Warren was courteous and helpful. And gave us an opportunity to protect our kids from having to pay an insane amount for our funerals. Very grateful we finally got this taken care of.

We greatly appreciate SO many things about our experience with AIL and Leah-Anne Campbell. Never have we felt pressured to purchase or unsure of what we were actually purchasing. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, with our needs being priority. Anytime we have questions or needs, Leah-Anne makes herself available. We are not a number, we are known by name. We were contacted by Gabriell Natha out of the blue claiming that we had won some sort of voucher because our friends had signed up. After waiting for 30min in a zoom waiting room we contacted out friends to ask them more about the company, They told us that this company has been soliciting their emergency contacts for business and that we should run. Our friends backout out of their policy last minute. I would be very cautious dealing with this company.

REPUTABLE COMPANIES DO NOT ACT IN THIS WAY!!!!! I dealt with Janelle and had the absolute worst experience. I was pressured into signing up for something I didn’t need or understand as while it was being explained my 2 year old was running around pulling on me. She was aware of me not being in full attention and still proceeded with the meeting. I signed up for this plan, and within an hour wanted to cancel as I read reviews on the company which were terrible. Janelle made me set up ANOTHER appointment that I didn’t have time for. In the appointment she was trying to talk and get me to stay on; I told her I do not have time for this and asked her to cancel the application process. To which she sent me a spiteful text saying if I want to cancel I have to call customer service now (which was now closed) AND she went ahead and processed that application I asked her not to. All in all, this was probably the worst experience i’ve ever had with a company. Do not even get on the phone with these jokers.

Mathew Shannon & Othman Hfuda came to set up an appointment and were able to help me out right away with no notice.Great guys and very easy to talk to with the knowledge about AIL to back them up. Lengthy process but, I mean come on- they're easy on the eyes as well.

Candace Dillion is my new AIL Agent since Steve left and she is awesome at what she does.She is very busy,but manages to get to you. Candace is polite and knows her stuff and explains everything to you.She cares about the clients and what they need and does not push you into what you don't need .Candace is a great Agent.
