They all go above and beyond when you ask for help! We’ve recently had problems with both our heater and pump (2020 sucks) and Gerard was a life saver!! He knew exactly what to do!! If I have any questions about chemicals and equipment, the staff is amazing!! I live in Bowmanville and not only am thrilled with this business, but I enjoy supporting local. You can’t go wrong! I highly support them!!

I met with Sandra today to get help clearing up my pool water. Despite it being a busy Saturday, she took the time to explain what I needed and why and provided written step by step instructions on what to do. My pool water started to clear almost immediately. I did not feel at all pressured to purchase chemicals from her but after receiving this service I will definitely be making King St Pools my go to for any pool supplies I need. You definitely don’t get that quality, knowledge or service from the big box stores. It was awesome to meet someone so passionate about their work and who genuinely wanted to help! 10/10

Update your hours. I drive all the way here and have to see a sign on the door. Takes about 2 minutes to update your hours. Fyi to everyone they’re closed Monday-Friday not open until 5 like it says.
