Urbacity helped us redesign and remodel our bathroom. We had talked to a number of contractors but they had the best ideas for making the small space work for us. They started and finished the job in the time they said they would, and stayed within our budget. The end product turned out great and we are very happy with it.

Urbacity worked with us on a fireplace and storage wall renovation. We were very happy with their final product - the attention to details created a beautiful finish as well as a design that is functional. The team was flexible and supportive as we determined the design. They also presented creative solutions when things didn't go according to plan. I would gladly work with this team again in the future.

Our experience with Urbacity Design Build has been nothing less than exceptional. There are many companies to choose in the design and build space, but few are the real deal. The crew at Urbacity Design Build are truly masters of their craft.The same day we reached out to Urbacity, Josh connected with us to talk about our project (full main floor redesign), the process, ball-park budget and timing. Spoiler alert, we decided to go with them and Josh was assigned as our Project Manager.As we moved forward with the design step, working with Miranda and Drew was amazing! They listened to our design preferences and presented an idea board that captured everything that we love. Adaptable, Miranda was always quick to provide alternate options for finish selections.Moving into the build step, Brendan, Matt and crew did an amazing job! Posting pictures of the transformation all the way through the process, they executed on the design with precision. As with all construction projects (especially with century homes) things came up that needed to be addressed. They were always transparent, and found reasonable solutions to address the concern. The stairs and brick work look great!As the project finished up, a few weeks ahead of schedule, we were assigned Andrew to address the final touches. Like in baseball, he’s a real closer. Andrew can do it all and is always a pleasure to work with.The final product, in addition to the professionalism and transparency that they demonstrated throughout the process, reinforced our decision to go with Urbacity.Thank you for taking care of our home!
