First shop I've been to in Kitchener and it was a good choice. Nice clean store, with friendly staff. They have recommendations if you don't know what your looking for. Not pushy if you know what you want. Great selection and a good variety of price ranges for anyone's budget. Best experience so far!!!

I am extremally impressed with the customer service here. Especially when you are exploring. CSR's were really helpful!Basically, I'm from London we were visiting to celebrate New year's eve. I stepped into store at 7:55pm as all the other stores were closed. Prior to my visit I called the store and spoke to manager and requested to wait for me, they did waited and greeted me nicely. I am really thankful of them. This is one of the best store that I have visited and I also saw the signs for opening in London. Definitely going to go and check it out!

I was highly dissapointed in my visit. When arriving the greeter was polite. He didn't bother to show us around and stood in the corner while my friend and I walked around taking in stock. I wanted to buy a disposable pen vape, and made it clear while conversating that I wanted a PEN vape. I selected a product and paid $50 for it only to get down the street and open it to realise it was a cartridge and not a pen itself. I could not use it as I didn't have the bottom piece and did not want to waste money on the piece I was going to use once as I normally don't use vape pens and wanted to try something new. I tried to return the product only for the same budtender to not greet us, not bother even taking his headphones out, and tell us he could not do a return unless there was something wrong with the product in a snarky tone. I wouldn't be upset about having to purchase the bottom piece if he wasn't so rude about denying I even asked about it being a disposable pen in the first place.I'm from London and was getting my pet surgery nearby and just wanted something to take the edge off of the anxeity and stress of the situation. I have seen that there is a sessions opening near where I work in London, I would've loved to have checked it out but after this I don't believe I will ever go back to another location.
