Montreal Maid Services

My aunt used their services to clean when she moved into her house. A team of 2 people came to clean, they did a great job and i explained what I wanted them to clean. I recommend them because they are very nice and accomodating.

Started off great. Quality started to go down with time.Been using the service for almost 2 years.Last time, I was sent a maid who did not want to do any effort and just wanted to leave. “ he mentioned that”He would take too much time cleaning something trivial like a surface and much less time cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.I contacted the Maid service and there was no reply from them.

FAKE REVIEWS !! Not fair business practice guys... Most of the reviews below are fake, just look at the profile of the people and surprise surprise most of them only left reviews on the exact 2 or 3 sames businesses which i guess belongs to the same owner (MAS cleaning and Déménagement Alex) I leave a 1 star to try to compensate. I don't know about the quality of your service, but taking the potential client for idiots and trying to fool them with fake reviews is not a good start !

I booked the service literally last minute on the same day, 3 hours prior. And they were super nice and found me 2 people to come and help. They did a great job at my apartment and I'll definitely book them again.

Not impressed, sent over a cleaner that did a decent job in the bathroom and in the bedrooms but there was still many areas where the dust wasn't cleaned off, and he was ready to leave without having touched the kitchen sink or appliances. He didn't replace any tinfoil under the range elements or in the toaster or oven, basic stuff, and didn't wash the sink or stove until I asked him to do it before he got paid. All this for $125 plus $18.72 in taxes. Not close to being worth the price, never calling them again.

I’ve been using the Montreal Maid Services for several months, their customer service is amazing. Sana and Yasmina are the people who came to do the service. They charge a reasonable rate and take the time it needs to do the job. I’ve never been charged extra “for time” and the job is done with care. I was very pleased, all of the Montreal Maid Service people who have come seem to care about their job and take a lot of pride in it.A few times I had a busy schedule and they always called me to not only confirm every appointment, but work with me when needed to find a better time when I have other stuff going on. Other services have never been so accommodating.After cleaning the owner calls to check up on any comments and is always committed to maintaining high standards.We have a challenging lifestyle and having the help of Montreal Maid Service helps us accomplish so much more. Every time they visit, the home is fresh and is organized as if we are walking into a hotel. Just wonderful.

Best cleaning service ever and DEFINITELY worth the price! I am home from college for the summer and spent most of the time packing up the excess/old stuff in my room. I wasn't the cleanest during my time of staying at home, and my bathroom was literally filthy and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in lord knows how long. I was recommended this service by a friend, and the deep cleaning" of my bathroom and apartment! Definitely will call again for any cleaning needs!"

The cleaners were able to come on short notice, and did an excellent job of cleaning our apartment when we had tenants moving out. The place was spotless, and they had great customer service, as well as reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend!

I booked this service at the last minute the day before. The guy on the phone, even though he initially didn't have the most courteous tone of voice, was very helpful and straightforward about the price and service offered. The cleaning person was very kind, prepared, had all the required cleaning supplies (even pads for my glasstop oven that was filthy with crusted burnt food, and is now spotless). She spent one full hour on the bathroom tile grout that I specified was my priority. Great service, on time, short call and fairly priced.

Owner sent the crews and they were on time to my apartment and they do good gobs by cleaned up all the room one by one. They were efficient and punctual with great work done.Highly recommend them to friends and family!!
