Excellent experience at this place! I needed new all-season tires ASAP. I had no idea about tires and after calling around, the tech at OK Tires was able to explain the different options and order what I needed. The service was quick and they even identified a big problem that they were able to correct. I was offered a loner car while mine was in the shop and was provided with regular updates as promised. I was really impressed! I would certainly go back for any work needed. Their knowledge and kindness was greatly appreciated so much so that I have recommended them to family and friends!

Arrived at OK Tire without an appointment and the gentleman at the front desk (sorry, didn't get your name) was polite and very professional. Got my car in almost immediately to fix a bent steel wheel. They said they tried their best to straighten it out, and I have to say: it was a pretty good job. All-in-all, I'm satisfied with the service I received. Thank you.

Had tires installed and balanced on my black rims, they used silver balance weights, should have used black!! Disappointed considering they bill themselves as a Tire shop. Did a good job and price was fair, just hate seeing those silver weights on my black wheels!

I have had nothing but great experiences over the past 5 years with these guys. Yesterday I took my car to the dealership. They quoted me about $1,200 for some work. I wasn't satisfied and called OK Tire in Pickering right from there. I explained the situation and they told me they would order the part as soon as they were off the phone and then take me right away. Within 2 hours of me showing up, the work was completed at half the price. On top of all this, they are friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased a used vehicle. Took it in for a safety inspection. I was told it needed a new windshield ($365), front brakes ($599) and rear brakes ($566). The windshield had a chip that was professionally repaired by the previous owner and he told me the brakes had been done a few months ago as well. I asked to see the vehicle while still on the hoist. I was taken into the shop and noticed the wheels hadn’t even been removed. I paid for the inspection and the next day took it to another shop literally up the street. It passed safety easily! One of the rear parking cables needed freeing up. That’s it! Needless to say, be careful where you take your vehicle. Not a good experience.

Called about 10 shops on a Saturday to fix a very easy gas line leak, everyone said no. Got in contact with OK tire, they fixed the gas leak, did a full synthetic oil change and also a wheel balance in 3 hours after the call for an amazing price. Best shop around 100%. Price was also way lower than expected!!EDIT: they also fixed my bumper that was hanging, my front grill that was falling off and also fixed my windshield washing system which hasn't worked in 2+ years without even charging me or telling me about it!! I am actually shocked of how great this service was on such last minute. Shawn and crew thank you guys! I will definitely be back.
