Really good customer service. I asked them to make some alterations to some walking trousers thinking it would take a few days. They were able to do it in only a few hours and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended

I went in with a bridesmaid dress to be altered and received excellent service! The couple who run it (sorry I don't know their names!) were both lovely and quickly pinned my dress and booked me in. They did an amazing job and had it ready on time despite the short notice of only a few days. Thank you!!Would highly recommend!

Worst experience of a tailor. Item only need the smallest alterations, it wasn't ready when I went to pick it up, I gave them another day to do the alterations, went back in and still wasn't ready. How are you supposed to have confidence they'll do the work they promise?

Had the lining for this men's overcoat replaced after the original lining started to rip . Went to Veronique's on Commerce Street to get the fabric after the gentleman gave us a quote. Took a bit longer than they originally thought which wasn't a problem for us and they were very apoptotic. Very good customer service.

So i Went in to have my jacket repaired. Told them jacket was very sentimental and would love to see it restored to original glory with elbow patches and a few stitches here and the. I was told 2 weeks and it will be ready. I tried phoning but no answer kept putting me through to golden noodle. so I left for 4 weeks. I come in expecting to be ready and its not. I'm told to come in the next day and it will be done so I do this in the foot deep snow and it its still not ready. I would litrally of been quicker trying to revive my grandmother from the dead and driving 600 miles to get her to do this. Very disappointed with service. Will not recommend

Took a suit jacket to be modernised by reducing lapels. Fabulous job in a few days. Good as new, BETTER than new. Chap in trying on a suit he had altered and he was thrilled with his new" suit and kept saying "And I nearly bought a new one!!Turkish Gentleman Tailor/ Owner is modest and polite."
