We purchased hardwood flooring from Westvalley when our fridge leaked and our floors needed replacing.Derek was amazing. He was so kind, patient and helpful and always responded to our questions very quickly. He made us feel like he cared about our project and his time and assistance was very greatly appreciated.Tyler who installed the hardwood did an incredible job. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and skill. On top of that, he was also very kind and patient.Mark who installed our tile was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond on a job that proved to be a huge pain. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are very grateful for his hard work and beautiful tile work.

West Valley Carpet & Flooring just completed revonating our master bathroom. We would like to really appreciate the great job done by Jason. The scope is quite complex, which includes replacing all the existing tile and floor in the shower, around the bathtub and under the mirror, as well as installing vinyl plank flooring for the rest of the bathroom. Jason is very professional and organized during the whole project. He very well protected the tub and the mirror. The new tile and floor look great. After the project, Jason also cleaned all the surfaces. We are very happy to have him doing our renovation.

We recently purchased a different condo in our building; it had old carpeting and friends recommended Westvalley Carpet & Flooring at 130th. We met Ryan who was very knowledgeable about vinyl plank flooring and helpful, and understood that we had a tight timeline as we had to vacate our old condo unit. His team did a great job, amazingly in only two days, and the floors are beautiful and we could not be more pleased. We recently bought and had installed carpeting from WestValley. From our first visit to the store Ryan was informative and helpful. He educated us on the products and listened to our needs to sell us a carpet that was perfect for our home. The quote even coming in lower than Home Depot!The installation of the carpet was quickly scheduled for just a couple weeks later.
