Very impressed with the service I received. Repaired my vacuum in one day!Also, I brought my friend with me and she bought a refurbished Dyson and she LOVES it! The owner gladly explained all of the models to us without pushing to buy and gave us his best price. Now I am asking my husband to get my one for my birthday!

We purchased our Miele vacuum unit from the Harwood location a couple of years ago and brought the unit to a Miele dealer in our new hometown east of Toronto. After being told that We are working on it" for over ten days

Purchased a refurb Dyson DC 29 today after driving by a large sign the past few weeks advertising refurb Dyson's. Was certain they would be sold out and that it was just a marketing strategy to up sell potential customers. Not so.... The gentleman that assisted me who I assume was the owner was very detailed in explaining the different models to me and was not pushy at all. They had a vast selection and I found the one I wanted. Just used it for the first time! I thought my carpets were clean before the Dyson....clearly not. Thank you very much for your expertise and fantastic customer service. I have already recommended you to 3 people this afternoon.

I didn’t actually end up buying here but when I need a vacuum I will. When I called with some questions the gentleman on the phone was helpful and happy to help.

I highly recommend visiting mobile vaccum. Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable of all products. Prices are reasonable.I had issues with my vaccum which they were able to spot and repair on the premises in only 2 days.Overall this is the place to go.Thx Mobile Vaccum.

Great people who know their stuff.I buy all my vacuum parts and have any equipment serviced by these folks, when needed. They offer knowledgeable advice that always makes it worth while to go there.Highly recommend them for repairs or sales.

My Experience at Mobile Vacuum started off good, I went in too the shop looking for advice on a product that can help my 76yr old mom's breathing because she was complaining about smelling an odour from next door and with all this covid stuff going on I jus wanted her to feel safe.The lady at the counter an older lady told me she had the solution a Dyson Air Purifier would work perfectly for my elderly mom it was a bit pricey but it would work guaranteed. The price of the Dyson came too $587 with tax, I bought it and the lady was nice.After 3 days the smell was still there and my mom's breathing was still poor, I called and spoke to a lady at the store and she said to return it. Wen I went back to return item I spoke to the owner and he said he will not be returning my money and that u could get a in store credit. I explained to him I was told this would work and clear out the smell and he insisted that he wasn't giving me a refund on the product even tho I came in to the store looking for a solution to help my mom during theses scary times and his employee suggested this product. The owner said no and gave me a credit. This was my first time at this store and I think I was treated unfair. I'm not saying don't go there but that was my experience.
