I have brought 2 sewing machines and my serger to Hummingbird for tune-ups and have always been extremely satisfied with the outcome. They are very quick with the repairs and my machines sew like new! I would highly recommend HummingBird for all your sewing needs!

Great customer service. Would recommend to everyone.I called and explained my issues I was having with my sewing machine, instead of getting me to bring it in and pay for a service, they suggested trying a different size needle.This change in needle worked perfect. Saved me the price of a service as well as falling behind on customer's projects.

I was in a real pickle right before Christmas with a pile of sewing gifts waiting and a machine giving me grief...problem solved...Debby made the time to troubleshoot and successful fix.. Forever grateful....Christmas gifts done in time!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and know what they are talking about. If you need anything to do with machines, how-to, or anything else go there. If they don't have it they can let you know where to find it. Overall a great place with good people.

Had my sewing machine in for repair paid $150 and all they apparently did was clean it well because it still doesn’t work! What a waste of my time and money if they couldn’t fix it they should’ve just told me that and saved me the money and frustration!
