I've known Dave since the 90s when he was in my philosophy of science class. Since then, I've become a coffee geek, and I rely on Dave's knowledge, workmanship and intelligence to keep my machine(s) humming along. He is not shy about sharing his knowledge of espresso machines either, whether to save me money or himself a trip.

David is efficient, communicative, and supplies me with quarterly reminders for our busy cafe's espresso machine. They have all the parts we need, and they're not exorbitantly priced as far as I can tell...parts are just expensive in general. I believe him to be straightforward and knowledgeable and will keep asking him to come back for maintenance and fixes.

Amazing service!! We had some issues over the past months, and David was always helpful and very knowledgeable about everything related to coffee. He helped us adjust our machines and gave us some tips to improve our service. Not mentioning the time record in assisting us.

Innovation coffee was definitely the smartest choice for my busy cafe in Vancouver. David handled my maintenance service calls, repairs and any questions I had no matter how trivial. He was very kind and professional and came promptly when we needed him. I will recommend him to anyone and will still continue to use his services over any one else!
