Personally my experience with this Subway has been good. Although i’ve had some workers with attitudes it’s a good restaurant with good food, I’ve never encountered stale bread soggy lettuce or anything of the sorts, my only problem is that the workers don’t turn the sauces so that labels are readable to the customer... I have to turn my head to the side to read it and try and read upside down. it’s small I know but it’s annoying. because they need to work fast and i’m sitting there trying to read the sauces. I’ve actually had a worker sorta rush me when making my order. those are my only problems, i’ll definitely come back again because I mean it’s subway come on.

Fast friendly service. I ordered my meal as a salad instead of a sandwich and it was a bit underwhelming. But the kids liked their subs :)

Food was super fresh and had what we wanted. Would order online and pick up next time due to our order being very large, but they handled it with no issue.

This place is a rip off…..they never give you the right amount of meat on your sub. Vegetables are always soggy and gross and the price is never the same every day it’s a different price for the same sandwich with nothing different on it. And I’ve noticed recently they folded their meat up so you don’t get as much. I don’t recommend this subway location if anything hold off till slave Lake or Valleyview Way better service there.

I wanted to like this place but there is a lineup outside when you are supposed to be open and you are inside store with no sign signaling any issues. You are nothing without your customers and your sandwiches can be made at home very easily.Why should customers put up with employees who don't care about their job? We won't have any need for people like that in the future.

The young lady working on monday evening was rude and showed no hospitality at all. The whole time making our subs she acted angry like my service was not wanted. At the end she literally slapped the napkins on our subs. We was not asked about making it a meal.. not a have a good evening or thank you. I was close to walking out and telling her she can keep the subs and her nasty attitude.

They don't squish the bread like other locations, which is good. Subs were ok, veggies were fresh, but for some reason they just won't mark which subs are which on orders with multiple subs, even after I requested it. We've had to man handle opening up and examining each others sandwiches then figuring out who's is who's.
