Great station and great staff. On my Saturday trip, there was a delay of trains, and the next train going northbound was delayed almost an hour. 5 mins later the train heading northbound arrived and left. However, according to the schedule, it supposed to come only in 35 mins. I came to the receptionist asking what was that train and she was in shock herself because according to the schedule this train didn't supposed to come at this time. Basically, the system got a hiccup and I missed my train. The next train was supposed to come in an hour and a half. Receptionist called supervisor to question about the train and was kind enough to offer a free taxi to my destination. Thanks GO (sorry, don't remember the name of receptionist), it was pleasant surprise :)
