I love Dr. Patel's clinic. All the stuff are very professional and friendly, and Dr. Patel always gives detailed instructions about the procedures, and always welcome questions. What impressed me the most, however, was a spay surgery which Dr. Patel performed on my female cat in his clinic. Any surgical procedure on an animal is a very stressful event for the pet owner, because you cannot explain your pet that they have to be careful after the surgery in order not to damage the stitches. I prepared for a hard time after I picked my cat from the clinic, but I was very surprised that she didn't even show any signs that something changed on her belly. She never tried to scratch her belly, didn't try to inspect her belly, she was just not aware about the stitches, and she didn't have any pain. I am very thankful to Dr. Patel for doing such a great job.

I have recently moved to Richmond hill and was looking a knowledgeable and careful vet. I was introduced to other vets but my puppy got ill more; and finally a friend introduced Dr. Patel. I haven't seen this much careful vet to take enough time to take full past medical history, do complete physical exam, and follow up the status. Thanks a lot Dr. Patel and great Aurora North Pet Clinic team.

We had a very good experience with Aurora North Pet Clinic in spaying surgery for our lovely dog Rosie. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and professional. Before the procedure he explained what to expect and possible complications. Just after surgery he gave detailed instructions how to take care after Rosie. Staff was also very kind and supportive. Rosie’s recovery period was very smooth and fast, which made us very happy. My family really appreciate Dr.Patel and all staff for the great job!Definitely would recommend this clinic

Dr. Patel and all staff are very friendly, dr Patel is very knowledgeable, will answer all your questions and concerns. I have my 2 dogs with him for more than 1.5years now, did all regular check ups, neutering procedures, I am very happy with their service. They are very helpful, always trying to help if there is an emergency happening. They should be scored more than 5stars!

Dr Patel is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and gives the best advice and care to my dogs.He goes out of his way to provide great care. And offers different treatment options to provide my pets with all the care they need.All the staff make me and my pet feel comfortable.I can’t say enough great things about all of my experiences with Dr Patel.

So I rarely post reviews but all I can say is if you are a new pet owner, this clinic is AMAZING! Dr. Patel and his team are so incredibly kind and patient and will literally not leave you with questions. My kitty had an emergency a week after we took him home and when we called, even though Dr. Patel couldn't see him, he was so patient and calming on the phone and explained to us the possible cases. If you are looking for a vet, please check them out, they are amazing!!!

Thank you very much Dr Patel!Dr Patel is the best vet I have ever seen. He explained everything that could possibly caused the problem clearly and throughly. Other than checking up Kiki, Dr Patel also did his best to educate us how to take good care of Kiki. I’m amazed by his professional skills and his love for animals. Dr.Patel is amazing! My puppy Hunter just had Neuter surgery here, Dr.Patel did a great job on him and very patient to explain to me all the details to calm me down too. Hunter recovered very well just like Dr.Patel said. Thank you Dr.Patel!
