Bad quality shoes.....very bad. No service, No warrenty. They are not responding to the form in the website! See picture.

I've been going there many years now; their selections are good, and with a good price. However, today I've experienced a rude customer service from one of their staff. She was rushing to get everyone out and she had no patience and with a bit of attitude. This type of customer service is not expected from a well know retail store, and they should be more carefully when choosing their staff or have them better trained.

Great store with great stuff, but most important - with a really great staff. We went there yesterday to find shoes for my mother, and this is not an easy task because she has many issues with her very sensitive feet. Both store associates Tai and Shabana are really amazing! They have helped us with so much patience and attention, and they offred my mom to try probably twenty pairs, until she found what she needs, and they were so patient, professional and truly awesome. I hope their manager reads this review and rewards them for not just doing their job well, but for truly helping even the most difficult customers. This is greatly appreciated and this kind of customer service is exemplary.

The girls that work at Rieker are extremely friendly and casual . They are great at letting you try on their shoes with no sales pressure. I love these shoes since my feet are comfortable and stress free. Great prices too. Thanks .

Great place to get deals on Reiker and Remonte footwear. They have two sale periods per year, plus the latest full-price shoes and factory seconds. These European brands are very comfortable and good for your feet, with fun, funky styling. The staff is friendly and helpful.
