Janice was a dream to work with. Her product knowledge and professionalism combined with her pleasant and friendly service, made for a wonderful experience. After listening and understanding our needs, she helped by giving her input and advice on style and colour options. After months of searching for suitable window coverings for our 'tilt and turn' European windows, we purchased window coverings for our entire house from Janice.Janice's price was excellent, she offered untiring support, the window coverings were easy and quick to install (by my wife and I), and they are very attractive!One of the points that we enjoy about the window coverings is that no strings or rods are visible or accesible. This attibute reduces the possibility of our grandchildren experimenting with dangling attractions.

Great customer service. Blinds are high quality. A few blinds were not performing up to the installers standard and replacements were made available. Installed powered blinds and blackouts all installations were spot on. Would recommend and will use again for remaining window in my house.
