Wow, just wow. We moved into our home in PEI in December and noticed the middle shelf of the Samsung refrigerator was broken. I ordered the part from Reliable Parts on February 1st and it was at the post office in Cornwall February 2. Installed on the refrigerator door February 2. Thank you Reliable Parts and Canada Post

Purchased a replacement dryer timer and when I got home, I realized there were very slight differences in the timer I had purchased vs the one that needed to be replaced (the new one was missing a couple of terminals). I didn't notice this when examining the pictures using their website.When I attempted to return the unused part, I was very rudely told the item could not be returned and pointed to a sign behind the register that I did not notice and was not told about at initial purchase. Two staff were extremely condescending and mean, responding with short, rude, answers to my questions. For example, I asked what people do in my situation, and was told that they say oh well"

First and last visit today. Came in looking for an evap motor and you had plenty. Too bad for you guys you won't take cash payments. Or, even partial debit payment and exact change ($7.90). You lost my business to MidBec at 900 Windmill Rd. They happily took my cash AND it was $5 less for the part. See ya, bye!

Great service. Called the 1-800 number and the found my part and directed me to go pick it up at the store. It was ready and waiting when I got there. I was served very promptly and was out the door in no time. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will Definately use them again.

I called reliable parts a few times about my smashed stove top. I was given 3 different answers and something was telling me to just go to the store in person.I drove 7hours from New Brunswick to Nova Scotia and thank goodness I did.I went in, explained my situation and the lady said no problem we will figure it out. I gave her the serial number from my receipt from the Brick they had one to deliver and I purchased it. The teller was smart enough to show me a picture to reassure me. Once she showed me I told her that wasn't my top and we were in shock. Turned out the Brick had the wrong serial number on my receipt.John Drake manager of the Nova Scotia store came out right away reimbursed me and canceled the delivery. He came out and went through everything to find the right top. He didn't want to go through The Brick website just in case and so we called my daughter. John also had the teller type away and searching to find the right top. John and the teller had found my glass top and it was in stock!Once he had figured it out he apologized for everything, gave me a discount, carried my stove top to my car and gave me his card to keep him posted just incase. After this experience I will forever go back I can't be more thankful for there patience and kindness.Thank you so much reliable parts Nova Scotia I will for sure recommend you guys and come back again ❤️(I really wish I knew the tellers name I feel rude lol)

Same day shipping is clearly a LIE! the part I ordered is in stock and available to ship yet it will arrive in 15 DAYS!! Had I not been told it was same-day shipping I would have just driven the 6 hours and picked it up!!

no stars as i got an element from these guys and it dont work in my oven and they wont let me return my part as i have to buy a new stove. i will take my loss but i will never buy anything again from these guys and whoever recommends them think twice cause they will rip you off too.

I purchased a refrigerator part in March, and still haven’t heard from the store. I called twice to follow up, and the answer is always the same: “the order will arrive in two weeks”, and it has been 4 months.

was looking for a door lever for a very old microwave....thought for sure they wouldn't have it.... well they didn't in Dartmouth but they did in Ontario..... very quickly it was ordered and now on the way to my house next week. Very happy with the knowledge and professionalism of the lady I spoke with.
