Tool Rental at The Home Depot

Very Expensive. Would not recommend using unless in a bad position. Dump trailer also stopped working half way through. Use rental centre instead

On normal days your hard pressed to find someone that's helpful and know what there talking about tried to buy something there today but couldn't because it had to be bought online only by the time ur done trying to figure that mess out ur better off going somewhere else

Cobourg Home Depot tool rental is worse than the Ministry of Transportation!Walked into the rental place around 8:30 this morning. Waited for 5-10 minutes for masked worker to enter the rental place from outside. We began the paperwork and the worker asked for a drivers licence. I handed the worker my drivers license and he said my license was expired. So I offered my health card and multiple credit cards to the masked worker and he said nope!! He just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. I guess the only way to rent is with a valid drivers license, even though the confirmation just says “valid ID” ,which I had .This was truly pathetic customer service. A huge waste of my morning. Do better HomeDepot!!
