Please please I beg you!!!!! Save your self from this retarded notary. He is a complete liar and a fraud. He releases our $10,000 to the sellers without checking with us, and on top of that he charges us for unnecessary things like insurance binder which was free and insurance he sold, but has no details nor any policy about it.He has no knowledge about anything. Save your self from stress, depression and anxiety by not going to this mental notary. He is also being reported to society of notaries.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. Most unprofessional individual. He does not call back, is always in a “meeting” or “out of office”. I highly recommend using the notary next door or just anybody else but him. Avoid at all costs!
