I'm sorry but if you are serving, mixing or preparing food for a community dinner or luncheon could you please put on a pair of gloves *preferably( and/or use a serving food. This is one of the top safety rules in Foid Safe for dealing with food products and prep for the public or at home - and was in use even before pandemic and all customer based food service.I don't know where your hands have been before you plunged them into that huge salad (?) bowl....please use gloves, a box of 100bis under twenty dollars & please dovbit use them, remove and put them back on again. It's all about food safety & the public.

Attended a Matrimonial mass. It was a good ceremony, and the priest was friendly. The event was casual and the church was clean and bright.

The best via crucis I have seen so far in Vancouver. It is the closer one to what I used to have back at home. The people in charge are so nice and close to us, they worry and care a lot about the community and they speak 3 languages ❤❤❤ you can feel God's hands there

The Parish not only holds Mass in three Languages (Italian, English, and Spanish) but also guides many in need to sort things out, connecting them to professional services and/or other beneficial venues... The Priests and Nuns are Loving and very Understanding!

No way to give a beautiful church a bad rating. Very welcoming community.

We went to a fund raiser here for Shining Stars. I am unsure if Shining Stars is part of the establishment, but it is well kept for an older facility. The pastor introduced himself during the event, and I would suggest to engage him for a venue for a fundraising event such as the one we attended.

The Carmelite nuns and the Scalabrini priests give rise to a welcome for newcomers, they make you feel like family. Beautiful place full of faith and dedication to service. Strong team of lay people in each ministry of the church. Masses in English, Spanish and Portuguese

The priests in attendance are very strong in the Holy Spirit. As witnessed by their in spired homilies. Also, the building of the church is the only one that I have been to, in three continents, where the sound system is so well tuned that there is no echo, no reverberation. A building where I can understand every single word that the priest says.it was originally established to serve the large community of Italian immigrants in that part of town, a church dedicated to serve migrants. Today, it delivers mass services in English, Italian, and Spanish. Mass every week day at 8 am in Italian. Mass every weekday at 6:30 pm (Mon, Wed,Thu in English; Tue and Fri in Spanish)

I will always hold this church close to my heart. They sponsored my family as new immigrants over 35 years ago. They provided love understanding patience and so much support. Thank you so much!!!
