Bosley's

Poor customer service. This Bosley’s has an excellent dog washing station. Unfortunately, I was turned away two days in a row. The first time was because they were receiving inventory and was told to come back the following day at 9 am. I did so and was turned away do to staff shortages. The staff seemed unconcerned with wasting a customers time and offered no apology.

Super friendly and very helpful staff. Huge product selection.

The Oak Bay manager is a complete joke, the entire staff is so unhappy and miserable but he just simply doesn't care. Manager is willing to let employees be stranded at midnight with no way home in the snow instead of catching the last running bus in order to keep it fair for everyone" after another employee left over an hour early. Manager will then tell you that it's your fault

Excellent customer service from a young employee who helped us fit and apply a halter for a very rambunctious and nervous puppy.We returned days later and he took a genuine interest in how iy was working out and had a treat for the puppy. Thank you!

Great customer service, the staff there are welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff are not only welcoming to me, but also to my pooch. I do have to say, that today I used the bath service for the first time. The wash hose nozzle's pressure was way too high even when the water was almost off, and it scares dogs and can be painful to their skin. The water nozzle's pressure is simply too high and hard to control. The blow dryer is the reason I went to this bath, and the dryer's nozzle was duct taped but the compartment kept falling off, which was also scary for my dog.If you have a nervous dog, I would not bath them here for the reasons above. Still very lovely store and lovely staff though!

Check your receipt before you leave the store! I bought multiple cans of cat food and when I got home I found I was missing one. I rechecked 3 times! This has happened before at this location. The manager refused to correct the mistake. From now on I will take my business to Boselys on Yates.

Very happy with the prompt action of Nic, the manager of the Oak Bay Bosleys. He saved me over $100 by calling one of their dog food suppliers to see if an error in my record of dog food purchases could be fixed. Not Bosleys' problem, but he did it anyway for me. Great customer service! What a great employee!

Bosleys is a great store, it has almost everything you meed...Not fully up too date on some products that they should have in store....Staff should be greeting all customers when walking through the door....letting customers know what's on sale or on promotion....Clean storeMorning hours could use a changeto 8am openReason I've seen many people needing to buy from them at 8am almost everyday but they are closed.....lots of business lostAs a resident of Oak Bay you want to see businesses thrive which means you need to cater to a point too your customers and to your community.I've seen people go to pet store and then to Cobbs and to Starbucks and Pharmasave.

There are good things about this store (good product selection and the staff are knowledgeable) but the reason I'm giving them a 2 out of 5 rating is this store's policy on using the self-serve dog wash. It's a wonderful service, and the reason we have frequented this store in the past. However, management seems to have imposed a strict policy on shutting it down when the store is not fully staffed (and remember, this is a SELF-service dog wash with very little involvement from the staff, they supply the towels and take the money at the end). Which seems to be happening more and more frequently. As a consequence, we have stopped by several times lately at different times during the day only to be told it's not available to be used. The last time was on a Tuesday at noon (the dog wash is always closed on Mondays for re-stocking"). There were two employees present

Great customer service. If you need a product, ask. If you want them to carry a type of food within a brand they already carry, ask. Bring your pet in, you'll be greeted with great enthusiasm. We're giant breed dog owners and we've always felt this Bosley's was super-inviting and responsive to our needs -- which is not always the case! Always happy to spend my dollars on my pets at this store.
