Pool Pros

I had my pool opened on May 19/22 by Chris from Pool Pros. I would be remiss if I didn't commend him on how much I appreciated his quality of work and +A customer service. To me, it's all about customer service and Chris went above and beyond. Thanks Pool Pros, people like Chris is what makes me want to come back.

Poor customer service from both a technical and service standpoint. Would not recommend using their services.

NEVER go to pool pros.Had them close the pool this past winter, couple parts went missing (nothing important, but still).Had them try to open the pool recently as well.Part of opening the pool is to check that the pump and heater are working properly, well the pump was kicking the breaker and they instantly assumed it was the electricals (which was NOT the case). So I wasted a couple hundred bucks on getting an electrician to check and say that everything was fine and called to get Pool Pros to send someone else to take a look at the pump. Received no time frame of when they would show up (sometime this week is what I was told on a Monday).Called again a couple days after, no one had shown up yet apparently.Called again on Friday and apparently someone came on Tuesday (never received a phone call that they were showing up and I work from home (never heard a knock or the doorbell)) Which makes me question if they even took a look at the pump (which they said needs to be replaced and tried to get me to buy a $700 pump from them).BUNCH OF CROOKS, NEVER GO TO POOL PROS (ITS A JOKE)I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS, BUT APPARENTLY YOU CANT

Called them last week august 12 said the would come out August 18 friday or saturday I talked to there office 3 times and they assured me they would call and show up. They never called or showed up.I hate it when people waist my time.

Always said that Lynette was Pool Pros, and this past season has proven that to be so true. Detailed water testing knowledge and excellent customer service went out the door with Lynette and so has my business with Pool Pros.

Fantastic company to work with. Had a trickier pool system to open. Pool pros opened the pool and there were minor parts and communication issues. Immediately they scheduled a team to come down and get us up and running. The pool techs who were on site were professional, friendly and hard working. Look forward to using Pool Pros in the years to come.

DO NOT USE!!!Replaced my liner 1 month late...leaked due to seam seperatation. All patching is crumbed from freeze thaw. Cracked my colored stamped concrete..thousands in damages.The want 8 grand to repalce.On our way to court.Hopefully I get my judgment while they are still in business.

We have had our pool opened a few times by Pool Pros. In 2021 not everything went right with the opening, however, they went above and beyond in making things right, even when I know they were short staffed due to COVID. I always have a lot of respect for companies who make things right and want their customers to be 100% satisfied. Britt was great to deal with

Great spot for any pool need's. Very knowledgeable compared to Many of their competitors.

We are incredibly impressed with the service we received in changing out our pool liner. The crew were very respectful, professional, but most importantly knowledgeable! I was able to ask questions at any time, and I felt involved in the process. I’ll also add that their chemical prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them!
