Machines are well kept, double, triple and max loaders. Dryers work well also. The reason for the lower rating is based on the attitude of the gentleman that I would assume owns the place. I only needed the dryer this time and he rudely proceeded to tell me they charge an extra $1 for only using the dryer because I didn't wash (there is a sign posted) this is not a problem but he didn't need to snap at me about it. Based on that will probably not go back.

Nice clean place. There are three people that work there and they are all family. The son and the mom are really nice. The father is rude and is aggressive when confronted about wearing a mask due to covid. I have had to ask him 2 times to mask up. His wife and son always wear their masks but the father doesn't seem to care. I will not be going back because of him.

If I could give zero stars for this place I would. Terrible service and the lady is extremely rude. The place is dirty and overcharges to use the washing machines and dryers. Save your money and go elsewhere!Update: I ended up going to the competition nearby and had a much more pleasant experience. Gladly give my buisness to a more professionally run laundromat! And cheaper too!

First time at laundromat, because machine at home is broken.Nice to have a laundromat close to me. Lots of machines working fine and owner is very helpful.

I sent an entire house worth of laundry and I am so impressed. A reasonable price considering the quantity, and the cleaning, folding, and trust was outstanding. A ring was accidentally included and they grabbed it for us and made sure we got it back safely. Really happy we chose to go to them.

Machines are many, all working and well kept, place is pleasant and they are very kind. Floor could be cleaner but doesn’t really matter

if I ever return here I'll use my own soap / fabric softener and load it myself. don't do the drop off service it's hella expensive! lesson learned. clothes didn't even smell clean after.. did they even use detergent? if you do it yourself and just use coins then it probably isn't too bad. surprisingly, old dude was not rude to me like other reviewers have said. I still think he ripped me off though. seemed ridiculously expensive. wife was super nice and I wish my wife was that good at folding laundry!

Horrible experience, brought my jackets for dry clean, so first it was not ready on the given appointed day but they delivered 2 days later, second they have ruined my jacket and one impolite receptionist (young boy) acted with complete disrespect and argued till he called the owner for the charge refund . Not professional at all , apparently they usually send their laundry to some back place , they might be only good for coin paid washing machines . Very bad experience to deal with this store mostly for the bad rude customer service of the receptionist boy. Stay away.

Very nice and helpful staff.It was very quickly to wash and dry. To wash, it took 23 minutes and 12 quarters ($ 3) and to dry, I went for the 40 minutes ($ 2.5). To dry is 25 cents each 4 minutes.

I’m here now for just my second time, and I have tried 3 others around the general area and this place is the best. Modern machines that work great and are more affordable then the others, place is well kept and tidy, staff are great, even the older gentleman. He doesn’t put on a fake smile but that’s not mandatory, hes very nice. And if you try a little you can get him to crack a smile! I’ll keep coming back here for sure!
