After he took time out of his day to accommodate my search for a vehicle and put in the effort to find an appropriate financing arrangement, Colin Hardle working in tandem with Seth Thompson asked me to give him written props for the result. What follows is my review of what I saw and felt as I transacted with O'Brians Automotive.Seth was Colin's right hand man during the transaction and worked under his tutelage. To reflect that, Seth stands on Colin's right in the photo, and, in between them, is the result of their labour - Henry's vehicle. Seth followed Colin's lead well and answered my questions without reticence. I noticed a certain honesty that he brought forward, which I appreciated. Nonetheless, Colin took the lead and the review is more about him.The biggest advantage of seeking him out as a salesperson is the fact that he understands engine mechanics, and not only engine mechanics, but the innards of automobiles in general. Yes, as a salesperson, his objective is to sell A car, but if he knows where the buyer is coming from, he will sell THE car. He will explain why a certain car on their lot or online should or should not be considered. Primarily, the explanation will centre on what is or is not faulty with a particular vehicle. He knows his makes, models and trims. He will put in the effort to approximate that which is desired, and it IS an effort because they are dealing in used cars and their selection is not always ideal.He thinks on his feet. This is to say that he is quick to react when new information becomes available AND that he prefers to stand while speaking. This might feel slightly intimidating when the buyer is in a chair and there's a difference in height.Given his experience and knowledge, his flow of information is torrential and his train of thought is fast. I didn't view it as a tactic to overwhelm the buyer because he expressed appreciation for when his train of thought was followed and slight disappointment when it was not.He is in relative position of authority. As such, he can and does make things happen. This concerns finance companies and vehicles on his lot.To conclude, it was a pleasure transacting with both him and Seth. Ask for this tandem if you walk into O'Brians on Circle Dr. I sincerely hope the car returns the credit they've extended it.

This place sells lemons.I purchased a vehicle here in January of 2023. My vehicle has been in the shop more than I have driven it. I went to O'Brians to get peace of mind, a safe reliable family vehicle. I have received none of that. They do not inspect their vehicles. They know as little as possible. I would recommend to steer clear and go anywhere else.

Dealt with Noah trying to find a new vehicle. He was great at finding us options that were close to our budget. It was done quick and efficiently. The only reason I am giving four stars is the website needs to be more accurate. We inquired about multiple vehicles that were not available and no real time line on when they would be or they werent at all. Noah was great though in being able to find us something that was available.

Salesman was making promises and saying yes to a lot of things we had asked and couldn't keep those promises and we made a deal with the sales manager by getting the price down on our car by $1500 and then he added it back into admin fees that reflected on our bill of sale of $1500. Nothing but broken promises and poor sales tactics.

Was looking for a new car and Graham was diligent and helped me find a car that had the features I wanted for a great price! Definitely recommend, they always take their time finding what you like and asking the right questions.

In my opinion, this was an easy one but only because they actually wanted to us get our 1st car by all means. Great service Noor & Farhan. And they actually filled up my tank before I took off!
