Really upset with the servicing department. Was charged $155 for them to literally do nothing with my car today. All the concerns I had, I was basically told everything was fine with my car. My license plate light has been flickering for a while I bring my car in to have it fixed I’m told it’s after market product that they can’t fix it cause it would “cost too much” and now the light of completely out. Back wiper wasn’t replaced cause they don’t have the part so I have to come back and was charged for the part already. Easy to say I don’t want to come back and will only come back for a refund for the wiper and I’ll go elsewhere to have it replaced for cheaper than 70$. Then they say my trailer hitch connection wires are working fine even though I was moving from Kingston to ottawa in the spring and had to use my dads car cause the brake lights and turning signals wouldn’t work on the trailer but “nothing seems to be wrong with the connection”. Been getting the same warning “trailer brake lamp fault” “trailer turn lamp fault” but yet “nothing is wrong” and a 200$ bill for checking it out. What a scam. Don’t recommend coming here for servicing. Save your money.

Amazing service from this dealership and very stress free. No usual dealership run around. Very customer based approach. I dealt with Chris and he was professional and friendly from the beginning to the end of our deal. I’ve recently shopped with their competition on Carling Ave before coming to Jim Keay and let’s just say that dealership should just close, because Jim Keay Ford is a leading example of what buying a vehicle should be. I do not typically write reviews but I felt compelled to write about how great we have been treated since we recently changed our service needs over to the Jim Keay Ford dealership. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Brigit Cullen, she has been absolutely amazing since the day we met her. She goes over and beyond every single time we visit and she takes pride in taking care of her customers. One of, if not the best service managers there is out there! 5 out of 5 for Brigit and the Jim Keay Ford team. Looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely delighted with the new Bronco but even moreso for the impressive degree of competence, attentiveness, thoroughness and exceptional followup by the sales person (Eric), the finance manager (Tarik), and the service manager (Dustin). The vehicle was available for pick-up one day early and all additional accessories (undercoating, winter tires, mats) arrived and were installed before I drove the vehicle away, despite the newness of this new model as well as the need for most items to be shipped in. Thank you for a very positive purchase experience, Eric, Tarik, and Dustin!!

Short version. The turn signals and brake lights weren't working when I hooked my 2014 F150 up to two different trailers. So, I brought my truck into the dealership and asked them to check out the wiring harness/trailer connections to see if there was an issue with my truck or the two trailers. Plus, they checked a couple of other things. I was told there was nothing wrong with the connection, and it worked fine. Was charged $75 plus tax. Good, because I was towing a trailer across to the Yukon about a week after the appointment at the dealership. The Sunday before I was leaving, I went and hooked up to the trailer. Turn the lights on to test the trailer lights (1 year old trailer). Running lights, work, left & right signal, brake lights don't work. Unhook my truck, and hooked the trailer to another vehicle. All lights on trailer work. Go back to the dealership shortly after they open before I start the trip across Canada. Was told at the dealership that I needed to make an appointment for a tech to see what the issue was. Even though they charged me for work that wasn't done or if anything was done, it involved the mechanic hooking up a tester, seeing the running lights have power and not testing any other of the lights. Plus, they knew I was leaving for the Yukon. So, I had no choice, I had to get going due to time restraints. Luckily, the trailer was only 4'x6' and low profile, so the truck lights were fully visible from all angles. On my way towards Belleville, I called the Ford dealership there, explained the situation, they told me to come in as soon as I get to town. The mechanic there tests the fuses, relays, changes the 7 pin, nothing fixes the problem. He concluded it was something to due with the wiring between the hitch and the fuses. He apologized for not fixing it, knowing I needed to continue my trip. He spent an hour (part of it over his lunch).I have yet to hear from Jim Keay Ford about the issue. Even called and left a message. Hence, the reason for this review. On my return trips back to Ottawa, I will be driving to any other dealership.

After visiting another Ford dealer and dealt with the “car sales” gimmick, we went to Jim Keay. My son wanted to order a new suv. No silly sales tactics. Dealt with Jason D, he was friendly, efficient and pleasantly surprised to get a good deal and honesty with the pricing. Easy, no stress process. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a positive shout out to one of your service techs, Walter. He went above and beyond today. I brought my 2023 Mustang Mach 1 in for its first oil change and I got my car back back quickly which was very nice. However, after driving away I noticed a burning oil smell and figured some had spilled on the exhaust manifold. After a few more minutes, it got worse so I pulled over and saw a lot of oil dripping from underneath. I checked the oil level and it was fine, so I drove back to the dealer. The tech , Walter immediately came out to see what was the problem and pulled it into a service bay. It turns out when changing the oil filter, some oil spilled into the belly pan which completely covers the bottom of the car. They thought they got it all but it was impossible to to see because of the design. (Thanks Ford, not). Anyway, Walter was extremely apologetic and removed the entire under belly tray and made sure all the spilled oil was cleaned off and no further drips existed. He got me to inspect to make sure all was good. Jim Keay, you’ve earned. My future business thanks to conscience employees like Walter. Thank you.

Just picked up my 'new-to-me' Ford Escape! A big thank you to Dave Charter and the rest of the crew at Jim Keay Ford. Car shopping can be a very stressful experience but from the moment that I walked into Jim Keay Ford, I felt at ease. There was no pressure from Dave to make a purchase. He just showed me different vehicle options. Dave took the time to show me all the bells and whistles when I picked up my vehicle.
