On Feb 23rd, 2023, I went to this store first thing when they opened and bought chicken drumsticks, advertised at $1.99lb. The bunker sign said $1.99lb, but product was packaged and priced at 10.55kg, packaged on the same date as sale. Two days later, I went to get the price difference refunded and was offered a 30% off refund. You placed mid-priced items out but because I went so early they couldn't do anything else. The refund was less then the actual cost would have been. So I guess I'm out $10, because I didn't catch your mistake. Disappointed in this.

One of the best places to buy groceries in Windsor...until you get to the cashiers... there are 10 cashiers but usually only 3 or 4 are open so the lines are very long and no one can walk in the crowded front area. Its my favorite place to shop, but its a nightmare when you have to pay.

Very Large store with varieties of options for shoppers. Wide aisles, plenty of selection for bakery (in house), meat, dairy, produce, organic choices and groceries. It also has other services including a coin machine.There are 10 manned check out counters and 6 self check outs. Still could have a long queue at times.

I was at this location today at 6:30. Talked to customer service passed me meat department. Young gus standing there and mentioning we dont have the item not even asking me what item i am looking for and then a self service. Staff which she has no idea how the website of the company she is working at working. looking for whole turkey unseasend Belwood brand which website showes it is available at this locato . but noone even looked for the item number i provided to the. I dont know how this happens in such big company and how management hire at this location. So disapoitend.

I will never shop at this store again..Today I went grocery shopping. At the end, I bought the number of bags I thought I would need. Total bill came to $412. Typical of what I spend every two weeks at this store for years .. as I packed my groceries I realized I was going to be 2 bags short so I asked the cashier for 2 more bags. 79 cents she says. I said ma'am I just dropped over 400. Are you really going to make me debit 79 cents? She told me she didn't have a choice and could get in trouble for giving me the bags free...The insane level of greed in this country is out of control and today's experience at this store is a prime example of that greed. I spend 800 a month on groceries and this greed driven store just threw that away over 79 cents.

We were visiting Detroit and stopped here when we came back to Toronto. Big store. Tons of choices. Lots of great deals. The produce are great quality too. The meat are good and price is reasonable... Parking is not a problem. Staff are very nice... we enjoyed shopping with our little pomeranian.

Overpriced books, beware!Saw a book for 30% off so I decided to pick it up. Turns out they were price gouging and selling it for $27 so I went to return it with my receipt, only to find out they don't take returns on books.Why are they doing this?

One stop grossery shopping. well organized location. All the aisle are always tidy, maintained and properly stocked. Staff are always friendly and can have a chat while still preforming their work in a timely manner. They have international food aisle which is a plus point. Meat and dairy products most of the time are fresh. They have always deals on groceries, appliances, home decor and other stuff. Even their clothing department Joe Fresh clothing very well priced, good quality but I have noticed in the last few months some of their produce went up in price They have pharmacy on site which is nice. I love their PC optimum points program. COVID protocols followed by the store. Overall good place for shopping.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE: 35 minutes waiting in line just to pay!!!!More than 50 customers in line and only 3 cashiers are available. Even the self-checkout lines are at least a 20 minutes wait. There is almost nobody to help you.
