STAY AWAY!I found his service to be very unprofessional and dishonest. Kelly promised to install very good and powerful heat pump, the installation process took a few weeks, with multiple attempts to set it up properly, but the paperwork was never provided, as I found later he installed a used A/C unit for the price of new. Not sure if he even has a licence. The whole deal was terrible and unpleasant experience for us.No invoice and no warranty papers!

These are a great bunch of guys. Highly recommend their work as it's just top notch.

I would give zero stars but for some reason Google Reviews does not allow this. On December 5th 2017 I paid Shamrock Heating LTD in Victoria a $15,000 (75%) deposit on a heat pump system. They still have not done the job or given any indication when it would be done despite numerous requests.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Kelly at Shamrock heating today. He was called to look into a flood in our condo unit. We called Shamrock Heating as a result of Sears mandating any hot water tank warranty repairs had to be completed by Shamrock Heating. We assumed Sears would recommend professionals, not in this case.There was a misdiagnosis right from the start (he said the hot water tank needed to be replaced and then further a pressure relief valve, when the hot water tank was not to blame whatsoever for the flood), we were ok to move past that as we considered it an honest oversight/misdiagnosis.. Once the severity of the flood was realized, the insurance company was called and the adjuster took over the remediation. This took place in September 2014. We assumed that the adjuster took care of the bill with Shamrock Heating, seeing as we did not receive an invoice.Kelly had been in contact initially with my wife via text and we had not heard from him in 6 months, that is until yesterday. He called and left a threatening message in regards to an unpaid bill and contacting collections. We were completely unaware we had a bill. Our number had not changed, nor our address. We had no clue we had an outstanding bill as we did not receive an invoice or a phone call about an unpaid invoice.Now 6 months later and his year end happening he is cleaning up his books. If your that sloppy with your books what else suffers? Well customer service for one.. When I called to question the bill I was treated with very little respect. We texted back and forth, I was seeking a reduction in the bill due to his poor accounting practices and nasty phone call. We received no such assistance. After many threats by Kelly, including threats that I'll be hearing from collections as well as is lawyer, he eventually suggested he and I 'discuss this face to face' perhaps insinuating something physical should/would take place, I decided the best thing I can do is pay our bill and warn other potential customers.There are may other plumbers in the Victoria and my recommendation would be to consider another plumber.

This company has helped me immensely! I needed a new furnace and they were the right guys for the job.

My review is opposite to the previous. Kelly serviced our furnace and it required a new filter with some adjustments. I found his service to be very personable, honest and direct. I could tell right away he was a stand up guy and completely forth coming with all of the issues and requirements that were needed for our furnace,. Also I could tell he was not trying to over charge (upsell) with unnecessary parts and maintenance. His annual maintenance fees are extremely low and affordable as well, compared to his counterparts. Overall his honesty and integrity was a breathe of fresh air after the numerous crooks operating in all levels of the trade industries in Victoria. I highly recommend him for his judgement and professionalism; due to his lengthy experience in the industry he is quite knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. If you have confusion around pricing then get everything on paper and agree to all costs with signatures prior to work being done so everything is clear.
