Quick and polite service, Kay fixed my charging port and fixed it in no time! Would definitely go back again!

I went to a Telus Koodo on Henderson Hwy to get a new phone/plan after two places (in Kildonan Place) told me it's not worth trying to get your phone fixed. The staff at Henderson suggested I first go to the Mobile Klinik in Kildonan Place. I went there and they fixed my phone right away. They were friendly, quick, and I wasn't charged anything! I'm a little challenged when it comes to technology, so thank you to both places for assisting me. Thank you!!

Naman and Tanavpreet were more than excellent! They wave MULITPLE charges for me and even discounted a broken screen for me! Thank you Mobil Klinic at KP mall!!

Naman was a good help! He answered any questions I had and helped me get good deals. I ended up getting a new phone for the same price as the repairs I needed.

Customer service really bad, unfortunately I did not have a good experience. My new S22 is draining battery so fast something is really wrong and they said there wasn't nothing to do. :-(

I hope those who go to the Mobile Klinik proceed with caution. The first time I went, things went rather smoothly however, my second experience wasn’t quite as nice.I had an iPad mini with a crack in it. It was an older iPad but other than the crack, it was working perfectly. Furthermore, I had been using the iPad with the crack there for years. I had been told good things about the Mobile Klinik so I decided to get the repair finally. The person who greeted me was kind however there was a language barrier which made the process long and confusing (as he was not understanding me). I was told it would be fixed in three days and I should wait for the call. About a week went by and I hadn’t heard back. I called and asked and they put me on hold and then proceeded to say “oh yeah, we damaged it and it is beyond repair”. They hadn’t taken any precautions or saved any of the data. I had to call back 4 times to get all the information and finally found out that they were going to order me a refurbished iPad mini but had no time frame. They never actually called me for updates or to tell me it had arrived; I had to call and wait on hold every time. I was told I would be given a discount and a warranty on the iPad. When I went to pick it up they basically told me I was lying and that no one would tell me that. Plus they had “already given me a free iPad”. I apologized if I was being difficult but proceeded to tell them that I was slightly nervous/concerned because my iPad was working perfectly when I brought it in because I took good care of it and I wasn’t sure of the idea of a refurbished device (perhaps I just didn’t understand it, but a strangers device made me nervous especially considering there were scratches on it). Before I could finish telling the man my concern he interrupted me to say “uh no, it was not working perfectly. It was cracked. That’s why you brought it to us”. I asked if there was anyone there who could authorize either a warranty or a discount. I was told the manager was on vacation and couldn’t be contacted but they would get him to call me when he returned. At this point I was tired of fighting and was late for something so I paid and went home. I told them I would appreciate the call from the manager when he returned but I never received a call. I didn’t call back as I was tired of getting nowhere and I didn’t want to create more problems.I am very happy with the iPad and it is working well but this experience was very stressful for me. The people I spoke to made me feel like I was the problem. Perhaps I could have done things differently but that does not change the fact that this was a horrible experience.I would like to clarify the purpose of this review. I am not posting this review to be rude or disrespectful. I understand mistakes happen and the business world can be complicated and difficult. I also understand that my experience could have been because of a miscommunication or a language barrier. I am posting this review in hopes that the Mobile Klinik employees and managers will make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else as it was not exactly a great experience for me personally.

Thank you to Kay for being so happy and helpful. Kay did a great job explaining the phone to me and just seems to be a great guy. Highly recommend working with him.

Tanav was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me fix my phone. She was very patient with me and left me feeling that good customer service is still a priority. Thank you for your assistance and I will definitely recommend Mobile Klinik to everyone I know.

My wife and I stopped by this afternoon, my cell phone wouldn’t charge, and my wife’s phone wanted a different alert and didn’t know how to fix it. She got my phone working in short order by cleaning out the port, and got a proper tone on my wife’s phone - all at no charge! Awesome place!
