This is a hidden gem in woodstock. They offer all the new movies at a fraction of the price of the big box theaters. Snacks are reasonably priced as well!

Didn’t enjoy Woodstock’s movie theatre at all, Seats aren’t the best, there has been a broken seat in one theatre that’s still remain unfixed. The popcorn and drinks aren’t cheap, they still have cheap tuesdays but it has a musty smell inside and no air conditioning. We go out of town to watch any movies where they pride themselves as top notch theatre experience.

The theatre tries to save money by not using the air conditioner. The theatre was humid amd smelled musty. The floors were sweating it was so hot. I had to use my inhaler because it was affecting my breathing. I am more than happy to support local business when they treat their customers properly, but this is not the case there. I have experienced this same thing before with the temperature of the thetatre and thought it was a one-off mistake, but obviously they are more concerned with saving money than the comfort of their paying customers. Someone else in the theatre we were in left to complain. It is so uncomfortable and musty. My brother amd his girlfriend came here a few weeks ago and had to leave the theatre to complain about the temperature, so this is clearly an ongoing issue that they do not care to correct.

Absolutely fantastic facility, I worked many years in a very large cinema in a big city and this place is far superior in every way, popcorn is great, staff is awesome, prices are appropriate, and the atmosphere (chefs kiss) everything about this smaller hometown theater is fantastic.keep up the great work we will be seeing you guys more often!!

Place was kinda ghetto like all the games/candy machines were broken place was dirty had popcorn all over the floor. Wish the seating was more like the theaters in London cause the seating is cramped and there wasn't many people watching the movie so they definitely don't need to have max seating in the theater they would def benefit from better/comfortable seating i think. Otherwise staff was nice and quick to get our order.

Incredible customer service! The staff that were working tonight (02/27/2023) were absolutely amazing. (Especially the tall young man that opened the doors for us, and was so helpful and kind. I am sorry I didn’t get your name.)After a horrible experience just minutes prior at a local business , Gallery Cinemas made our night , they were polite , accommodating , and caring. They saved a birthday celebration during a snow storm!Thank you all so much for what you did , we appreciate it so very much!

I’ve gone here my whole life and it’s stayed consistent the entire time, friendly staff, clean theatres, seats don’t feel sticky or grimy at all. Sometimes the bathrooms are a little rough if you go on a busy day/night. The concession prices and always have a wide range of snacks! Would definitely recommend!

Our visit to Gallery Cinemas Woodstock on Feb.05, 2023, started bad because they were 10 minutes late unlocking the doors. Got our snacks and tickets and went in. Their used and dirty 3D glasses required significant cleaning to be able to see through them. We went into #1 theater and the smell of rotten barn yard hit us very strong. When we sat in the seats they were sticky and nearly gagged us with a much stronger rotten smell. This filthy disgusting place is not fit to accommodate animals let alone humans. We asked for a full refund and this was granted - no questions asked - as if they are used to people leaving because of the stench. For the benefit of good health - STAY AWAY from here! Our theater money will go to London - never again Woodstock.
