If you want meds urgently and late night, then this place is recommended. It's open till 12 AM. So its handyOn the other hand if u want to go at regular times, and get ur prescription refilled, then sadly this is possibly the worst place u can be. Most of the time they r out of meds, or they have a different strength of the meds... not the one you are looking for. Once it can be a possibility, but it happened many times with me. Unless they have a personal tiff with me, which I highly doubt, how is that even possible!! If u go there regularly, change it to a different pharmacy2 stars , 1 for some of their staffs r good and 2 caz they r open till late night!

Every other shoppers in Saskatoon has a self checkout. If the owner of this location would implement one then perhaps I wouldn't always have to wait in line for 5 mins or longer when there's only 2-3 customers ahead of me. I realize 5 minutes isn't long but when you're carrying items that weigh a decent amount, 5 mins feels a lot longer. I can scan and pay for my purchase faster than most of the cashiers there, not to mention the time they waste by making conversation with the customers ahead of me.

Called 4 times today waited over 7 mins each time and still can't get ahold of anyone. Wanting to check if my Rx is ready before I drive across town with a sick baby. Frustrating when no one answers.

mixed reviews. have had to go back 3x for one prescription before because it hadn't been done. also carried in a massive awkward box about 30min after their post office closed (already pre-paid postage) which their hours change all the time and are sporadic... and no one would let me just drop it off for their co-workers the next day.. they told me they can't guarantee it wont be stolen (???) not sure why no one has any problem solving skills like putting a note on it and setting it in the back? had to lug it out once again....also noticed, like people below, that they do not have the selection or sales like other stores, or maybe the sales are poorly advertised, if they do (no sales stickers really?). On the plus side...it's close to home.

I started using this pharmacy years ago, because it is nearby and had longer hours. At the beginning staff were friendly and efficient both in person and by telephone. While store service remains good, hours have been cut drastically and pharmacy service has deteriorated significantly, sometimes bordering on rude. I'm not sure what the problem is, butt is not mine to fix, so went elsewhere. Much better experience with, London Drugs so far..

Switched pharmacies after dealing with this place on an ongoing basis. The shoppers app for refilling prescriptions is worse than going in person. It took a few days to fill my prescription, and I ran out in the meantime without any communication. Stay away

The pharmacists here are very helpful and friendly. They are generally prompt about filling prescriptions, though if you use the online system it usually takes a few days. They have made a lot of improvements over the past year. The store has a good selection of grocery items, which is convenient in an area with limited grocery options.

Closed early and did not update the hours online. Very disappointed in this location. Arrived at 8:06pm on Dec. 29,2022 and they were supposed to be open until 9pm. I watched 15 people drive up in the 3 minutes it took me to write this review with the same reaction. Obviously needs to be open for the hours that it says they’re open for.

I’ve been trying to call for the last 20 minutes to no avail. I understand things get busy but this seems to happen every day. Maybe hire more staff so your other staff isn’t so caught up they can’t even answer a phone call. Very frustrating to say the least. I see you keep replying to other reviews saying you’re going to fix the problem but as of today it hasn’t been fixed.Update: I waited 25 mins on hold for them to tell me they can’t help me with my prescription for my sick child and to call another pharmacy. Ridiculous!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

WORST PHARMACY, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! First of all this isn't my regular pharmacy, I have had to use it for emergency purpose (late hours). Each time I have had a negative experience, but today was the worst yet, it was so bad I really want to go to the media about it, but I will let it go and simply never go there again. I had went for a prescription and was told by the pharmacist that he wasn't going to be able to give out my prescription because my Doctor was wrong. I said to him that I believe my Doctor before I believe him". He started to be very rude (as they are) telling me how he knows more than the Doctor because he knows "medication" and that's why he is there. I had to call my Doctor who set him straight
