Weirdly amazing UPS store. The owner Amir was SO helpful when we had to rush deliver important documents abroad & back. He was communicative, quick to problem solve & followed up when we had to get a refund for our delayed overnight order (due to a customs error, not his fault). They have lots of moving supplied too!12/10 for all your shipping needs.

The owner Amir was very friendly when I went to ship some documents internationally. I was running late, he kept the store open for me and we even discussed different pricing options.His store was very professionally kept and he offers other services such as printing which I will take him up on later. Great experience.

This is my everything store. Amir is the reason you go back and because of his caring and attentive service. The guy knows how to win and keep a customer. Moreover they have covered all my print media marketing needs and at good prices as well. Easy 5/5.

I can't praise this UPS store (463 Eglinton Ave. W.) highly enough. I've used them twice, and both times the service was amazingly helpful, effecient, and prompt - not to mention that it was well worth the cost.(I'll add that, both times it was like working with an old neighbourhood friend.)Without a doubt, in my experience, they merit a gold star in customer service and friendliness.

I try to support the merchants in my area as best can, however, I will not do so with this business. The owner is rude and will not extend any convenience to the customer. Case in point, I was to send a package and taped it with my available tape but not to his liking. I asked if he could apply a line of tape to my package and he refused to do so by offering to sell me a roll of tape. When I asked him why he could not provide me with the courtesy of service in this matter he explained that if he applied any tape to the parcel he would be liable for any damage incurred. He inquired to what line of work I did and I replied that I was in sales. His response was that i should know better too which I replied I understand building customer relations and loyalty. I left with the package and went to Shoppers Drug Mart across the street and their Canada Post kiosk applied the single line of tap, at my asking, without charge or attitude.I see that I am not alone in my criticism and suggest that those in need of sending out packages go elsewhere. This business does NOT deserve to thrive on customer support.

I had a large heavy parcel to return through Fedex, and dropping it off here was simple and fast, I was in and out of the there like a bank heist. I'll certainly use these guys again since they handle shipping for all the big companies not just UPS like the store name may suggest.

UPS store on 463 Eglinton just provided the best customer service. From building a box in the size that I needed to making sure I got all the right information and help I needed ship to Denver CO. It was a totally unstressful experience. His knowledge of all the rules and restrictions to ship to the USA made sure my package arrived safely and ahead of time. Thanks Amir. The best ups store - it offers a variety of services such as shipping with FedEx, DhL and other, printing services, large selection of packing supplies and even passport photos. The customer service is outstanding, the store is very clean and organized, and shipping is fast and reliable. Highly recommend!

This is an easy 5-star review for what is hands-down the best UPS store in the area. The owner Amir is extremely friendly, professional and helpful with all our printing and shipping needs; be it by FedEx, Purolator, DHL or of course, UPS. I always look forward to popping by and am greeted as a valued customer and a friend. The store itself is well kept, clean and very inviting. I could not recommend this location any higher.Thanks as always!
