I have recently switched plumbing supply companies and have soon found that the service at Frontier in Saskatoon is second to none. Brittany Derrow has been more than accommodating on anything and everything we need big or small and her communication with myself and my designers is incredible. I was having issues with my Modine Hot Dawg garage heater. I suspected new parts were required and spoke with Calgary salesperson Christine Swan. We discussed options and she recommended calling their technical specialist in Edmonton - Dave Ross. Dave's response to my telephone message was very prompt and he took the time to work the problem with me over the phone. I executed his recommendations - problem solved with no parts required. I very much appreciate the time Christine and Dave took to help me with my issue and think their customer support is first class.

If it's pipe related, you can probably source it there. Ask there first is probably a smart thing if you want a one stop high quality product experience. Very popular with the plumbing and similar trades.

Always a help full and well staffed plumbing supplier. 9/10 I get a knowledgeable counter salesperson. Getting my orders ready is always quick and efficient. They provide fresh coffee, and many time doughnuts while you wait. Good and safe parking outside. I always enjoy my supply trips to Frontier.

We had the pleasure of working with Brittany Derrow when seeking out ideas for our bathroom renovations. From the moment we walked in the door, she made us extremely welcome. The knowledge she shared of the products, options, warranty, and practicaly anything we asked was addressed, and then some. She immediately got to work and sent is specification sheets and product information so we could read up on them, assisting us with our decision making.I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and specifically Brittany. Very friendly service and good advice. Bought Toto toilets (Eco Sense) and have found them to be very efficient. Bought a Weather King air conditioner which did it's job this hot summer of '21. Great service from both Christine and Joel to get me going.
