I usually never shop for kids but then it was my niece's birthday and I went to this location they were so helpful and specially the guy hitesh i think he is the Assistant manager there and asked me what I was looking for and helped me finding the exact presents for my niece and I ended up finding many items and for kids shopping definitely recommend this store and the staff was very genuine and warm too.

I went to urban kids Tsawassen this sunday and had a very satisfying experience. This was my first time going there and i stepped out of the store with a positive experience. A skinny brown girl with black short hair gave an excellent customer service. She is the manager. All the time she had a bright wide smile on her face and gave me many suggestions to buy clothes for my daughter and my niece. Amazing customer service and a lot of cute stuff. Will definitely buy more.

I went in with my daughter and both Harmanpreet and Inderpreet were beyond helpful. They went above and beyond and helped me pick out so many awesome things! Honestly, a great experience!

Huge store, lots of cool clothing for kids as well as adults.

I have been shopping here for my daughter for years , been going to Tsawassen mills since it opened but today I had the worst experience ever. I bought two pairs of shorts for her, when I got home she tried them on only to find one was two tight. I went back today just to exchange them and the so called assistant manager told me I couldn't as they were final sale. No where on my receipt or on the tag did it say final sale . He gave me some crock about how the computer would not allow him to exchange it. In my opinion he was being lazy and this was terrible customer service. I just purchased them yesterday , the tags were on and she had only put them on briefly to try them on. I will never go back there, for a lousy 15$ they have lost hundred of dollars from me as I have shopped there at least 3 times a year for her and bought several items at a time for her.

Best place ever!!. Very friendly staff.The most organized store and the best prices ever!!.Suggest everyone to buy kids clothes there. The staff is pretty helpful. Great customer service

Wonderful experience at urban kids on boxing day. Despite being crazily busy the staff was so helpful. Amazing customer service. Great job done by the manager and team. Even the store was so organized , made it easier and faster to shop!!

Poor customer service. During this Covid-19 time they should be kind enough to change the exchange or return policy. The so called managers couldn't even exchange a dress I just wanted a bigger size . The item was unworn it had the tag on . I have the original receipt. Just because you want to stick to a policy they could not exchange it. I hope they change it and I also hope many people read my review and think twice about going there . Since you can't try the clothes be careful on what you get make sure you go back within the days listed kn the policy if not you will be wasting your money. This urban kids is one of the few locations here in BC so hard to go back there in a short period of time. Hope you go bankrupt.

Such a lovely experience. I walked in to urban kids today morning and there was a girl there her name is jolen that made the experience really enjoyable. She was so helpful from start to finish., offering great advise and going above a beyond to help me find my daughter the perfect dress. I highly recommend this place all the staff are super friendly.
