I had John(Joao) come in to quote me an upgrade to a Breaker Box system from my old fuse box system.John conducted himself poorly including pressuring for a cash deal to keep things off the record"Unfortunately that won't fly when I am trying to renew my insurance and the insurance company wants to see all the paper work.His contractors are also new to the field which in of itself is not an issue but when everything is "off the record" I could be left with questionable work and no record of what was done.I noticed John cherry picks the reviews he features on his website

Do not contact this company. From experience using this company they cut corners and I had to have the electrical system re-wired entirely. The electrical inspector failed the job initially and I just call it quits with these guys because of deadline with getting the site done on time and cost overheads.
